Park Regis City Quays

Location was a perfect location and it was quiet. Cleaning staff was awesome. It doesn't have all the glitter but perfect for a week long trip with full kitchen and plenty of room. Roof top pool was great!

our first room had a musty smell. we reported this and we quickly moved to a new room without the smell.

The air conditioning was great. Comfy beds and pillows.

I had to go through multiple doors to get to my room. The sink wasn't in the bathroom but rather the living room area.

The location of this property was perfect for us, close to cafes restaurants in town. It was clean comfortable and we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Cairns.

The staff here are generally quite lovely & rooms are cleaned daily.

I'll start off by saying last time I stayed here I couldn't fault it but after this visit I'll consider otherwise. Mostly was not the fault of staff. Front reception are always quite lovely. Firstly I for whatever reason was put in a wheelchair accessible room. Great for wheelchair boynd people but not having a shower door & having a sink in the bedroom really isn't my type of hotel. I work in health & felt like I was at work. More so as the shower stunk of bleach. There was coffee in the plunger which was never emptied, cob webs above the bed & to top it all off the people underneath me had a domestic & police were called by another guest. Police knocked on my door at whatever time. Glad they were there but wrong room. It certainly was not the stay I had hoped for & compared to last time I was very disappointed.

A bit tired, small room , not exceptional value for money

Good sized one bedroom apartment in a great location. The apartment was stocked with utensils, etc, sll that I needed.

Close to the walkway

We were placed in a room next door to permanent residents. They made noise loudly tv , talking slamming doors loudly well par 10 pm probably around 1.30 am. Why are guests put in rooms close to permanent tenants

location was great for us and girl at reception i think her name was shellimma was most helpful and polite.

no parking for our first night i requested parking and happy to pay the $15 per night but we had to park in the street. the unit was dirty dust etc under lounge/tables. We were unable to get any streaming channels on the T.V. asked reception for help and was told they knew nothing about the T.V. We stayed in an apartment that was not serviced however on our last day we returned to the apartment to find someone had entered and left towels they also left the used towels, we did not request this and believe staff had no right to enter our room with us not being there.

Walking distance to cbd.

No free parking , expensive parking fee 15 per night. My room is run out of body wash I had to buy from out yes you can ask the staff but it should be check before hand.

Fantastic location.

When we entered the hotel, staff didn't even looked at us. Also I made some requests that unfortunately could not be sorted.

What breakfast. I didn’t know there was a breakfast. I checked in after hours and no one mentioned it.

Location, smelt clean - could smell the bleach

The pillows were terrible !No hot water in the shower , had to have cold showers in the morning. For the price , would at least expect a comfy bed & warm shower

A very nice apartment with everything you needed

No signage in the lifts for reception or how to get out. We got stuck as the door did not open , we left early so we had no one to call in reception. Having gone up and down the door finally opened at reception. A bit of a panic at the time.

Well located, clean and tidy.

Pillows and mattress are like clouds, very soft. If you have back problems like me, it can be tricky to have a good night sleep.

Great location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The aircon was amazing! Beds are super comfortable and rooms clean.
