Clean, spacious studio apartment with kitchenette, refrigerator, etc. and coin laundry elsewhere in the apartment complex. Very close to a shopping mall with food court.

2 story walk up might be a concern for some. The apartment had some tiny ants, but I was able to suppress them with insect repellent. Beach is within walking distance, but it is a 30 minute walk.

Location - it was right in the heart of everything. Nice facilities, easy access, had everything you needed without being over the top of inconvenient in any way. Free wifi was great, pools were nice, place was nice and clean. I also really like the way they have a night manager (Scotty) available after hours for check in and monitoring the facilities at night. Very convenient, given that most places will just have you call a number and then send you on a hunt for a key somewhere.

Not much - just a bit noisy (I had a room facing the street so would hear movement outside and the gate opening and shutting at night). That said, it was pretty quiet overall (I stayed mid-week for work).

The night manager was super nice and helpful, hotel was very clean and spacious and close to the central shopping centre but a bit of walk to the esplanade

Unfortunately I had to cancel the following nights due to the room being placed literally next to a construction zone that I couldn’t sleep comfortably, and the aircon wasn’t very cool to my liking

Location was ok, a short walk to e.g. Aquarium and the beach boulevard and right next to a big mall and railway station with access to Kuranda. A quiet accommodation with good amenities.

The apartment could definitely use more storage space, e.g. a drawer could help.

the place was just ok. We are used to getting amenities you would find at a hotel such as clean towels. We asked, but were told we would have to wash our own.

The older maids are very rude and in my opinion there are only 2 employees at reception who are polite.I also asked to change the pillowcases and was charged $3 for each. It's absurd.

The room was very nice, well equipped. The apartments were located very close to the main shopping centre

The bath was very difficult to get into, it was very low down. Would prefer just a shower. The pool areas were not as they appear on line.

Wifi is supper slow. Apartment without oven. Sauna was said to be temporarily unavailable but for good. Parking space is rare.

Great room, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower. Pool access 2nd to none. Beautiful pool area. Great kitchen, everything we needed. A home away from home!

The W-fi was terrible. Couldn't stream anything without constant disruptions and dropping out, even with a wi-fi extender given to me after a few days

Conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to shopping centre, cafes and Cairns Railway Station. Night manager helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything we needed for meal preparation. Pools and outside BBQ areas lovely.

Unfortunately no lifts for upper levels.
