We were with in-laws and the apartment setup was perfect for kitchen/living room chats before and after activities. The main bathroom seemed remodeled and quite good. The management informed me of a drainage issue in the shower before going in and scheduled to be fixed the next day. Issue was quite minor to me and it was fixed the next day.

Cleanliness was acceptable except for the rug in the living room which might need better cleaning even with stains. If that was fully cleaned even with stain, it would add good value to the living room look/usage.

Proximity to the Esplanade, everything central reachable within 20min. Wonderful garden and quiet.

The apartment was great and the main village area was lovely with the tropical theme and breakfast bar. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Esplanade. The bathrooms had recently been renovated which was nice. The locked car parking area felt nice and secure.

The air-cons in the apartment were so loud it was hard to get to sleep with them on. Our shower drain was blocked.

When booking the room, it stated that there was a private balcony. This was the reason why I picked this place to stay. However, when we arrived at the room there was no balcony at all. I checked back into the booking details and confirmed there was supposed to be a 'private balcony.' I went and enquired about this at reception and was told sorry only some of the rooms have a balcony and they are all taken. I said I wasn't too happy about this as this was misleading information, and this was actually the reason I chose this place to stay. The receptionist behind the counter wasn't very helpful and I think in future it should be stated that 'only some rooms have a balcony, and they are subject to availability'. It also stated that there was supposed to be 2 bathrooms, and we only had one bathroom. More misleading information.The inside of the fridge door where you store drinks also had no shelves to store drinks. They appeared to be taken out and not replaced

The property was clean quiet and had a great restaurant!

The peaceful atmosphere, moderate size premises, open air aspect of the courtyard , the lobby, & the restaurant. Good for choice of breakfast.

I was falsely accused of leaving the room in a mess. My wife and I woke up at 4am and tidied everything up. Without explanation our $100 bond was used as a payment for supposed extra cleaning. I disputed this and was told an external cleaning service was used claimed the “extra cleaning”. My mistake was not taking any photos of how the place looked like when we left.

Had terrible wifi, which in this day and age, shouldn't be a thing. 4 of us were in the apartment, and none of could connect which was very frustrating as we were there for 2 nights. We did contact reception, but no one got back to us

Had everything needed for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Plenty of room in the standard room and a very comfy king size bed. Had dinner at onsite restaurant (delicious). Travelled with my parents who needed an accessible room, and they were well catered for in this regard - accessible site (including restaurant) and they had a large room with a kitchenette included and a huge bathroom with accessible shower allowing wheelchair access.

Purchased continental breakfast buffet - vegan options would have been nice, so a little pricey for the limited choice available for me.

Location was nice.

I find only one difficulty is that of using the plug for charging as an international traveler I didn’t find any universal adapter for travelers there at the room.Maybe we can get it from the reception I didn’t ask them.

Room was nothing like the photos NO WIFI rude and unhelpful staff Overpriced for what it was dowdy room damaged kitchen and fridge old fashioned Smokers outside with smoke wafting into the balcony also pool area while we were there

2 pools to use - both small but gave kids variety. Spacious bedrooms and BIR. Close to Muddys Playground , Cock and Bull pub was excellent and nearby

No oven, only convection microwave in 2 br apartment. Room next to pool was convenient but also meant we heard everyone else in the pool through windows.Tv kept glitching (did report to housekeeping)

The location was fantastic. The restaurant was a beautiful feed. Also the staff are absolutely fantastic

The beds are extremely old and uncomfortable. Our 13 year old boy even woke up with a sore back also the noise from other rooms below traveled a lot.
