Very nice rooms with nice amenities. Beautiful little boutique hotel. Washer and dryer in each apartment is an extra special touch.

Location was great

Bathroom shower was in need of update, Wi-Fi was very spotty, phone in room didn¿t work, never saw anyone at the front counter to help/ask questions.

The roof garden was a lovely view

Our carpet in the room was trashed, couch looked dirty. We were given 2 towels and did not have access to grab new ones- we were gone every day when reception hours were open.. they told me washing them myself was my best option.

Fantastic location. Very secure free car park. Nice size appartments. We loved the separate bedroom as we were able to put the baby to sleep in the bedroom but still use the bathroom kitchen lounge. Perfect for what we needed and what we paid.

Pool towels aren't provided. You need to hire them or bring your own. We weren't told this in advance. Our "queen" size bed was two singles pushed together. Very uncomfortable. The leaves get blown at 6:30am each day. This is very early when on holiday.

It was very convenient having a kitchen and laundry in the room. Large pool and rooftop deck were great for relaxing. Location in the heart of CBD. Close to reef marina, shopping, dining. Inexpensive for all you get.

Having a kitchen in the apartment with a grocery store across the street was excellent. Location close to everything.

We had to clean the dishes and take out our rubbish to avoid an extra charge. I don't consider that a negative, but be aware if you can't handle it while on vacation.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, perfect for a couple. It was quiet and peaceful, with an excellent location close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Plenty of space, the balcony was great, bed was comfy, overall the room was really good

We had a refurbished room,it was everything that we wanted,comfortable, clean,all facilities, and quiet. We will be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this accommodation deserves it. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They answered all my queries & helped me to figure out what to plan in and around.The room was clean—fresh linens, clean bathroom, and even smelled great. Location was great & close to all amenities. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for affordable comfort and great service!

The unit was clean - comfortable- and close to everything. We will return for another stay.

I would have liked to know that no toilet paper was provided,as after a long drive- what is the first thing you need to do- go to the toilet.I realise you need to do maintenance, but starting before 8am was not appropriate.

Friendly staff. Secure parking. Great city views from the top floors. Easy access to pool. Unfortunately the information booklet is out of date and some things were not actually available. Bed was hard. But facilities were good. Looks like they are in middle of renovations but was a nice stay just the same. Walking distance to night markets, restaurants and grocery store straight accross the road. Sliding door was very stiff.

Fantastic central location in a spotlessly clean complex. The rooms are spacious, and each apartment has a balcony to watch sunrise or sunset. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and large windows look out from it and the living area.Very comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Friendly helpful reception person, and parking available under the building.

It was close to every thing and I could check in after a late flight

I couldn't leave a window open because there were no fly screens, so I had to have the aircon on the whole time

Fairly good location, over road from Woolworths supermarket, booked only for cooking facilities, parking and washing machine and dryer in apartment. Only stayed 2 nights.

For what we paid you could do better. We were on the top floor at the back, it was noisy at night as sounds travel from adjoining street where the backpackers hotel is, and people shouting etc. Unit was ok, not particularly clean, bathroom drain smelt, mould on tiles and grout on floor tiles needs a good bleach, roof top gardens were disgusting and dirty, mouldy.outdoor carpet, could do with a real upgrade both inside and out. Pool needs painting. Bed was clean though. Be prepared for the noise from the birds in the trees out on the road, they are pretty dam loud at sunset and sunrise and if a disturbance occurs in the middle of the night. Probably wouldn't stay here again as there are better options available. We stayed in a different place In Cairns at beginning of holiday, a week earlier and it was much superior for about the same price. Just couldn't get in there again for these nights.
