Close location to areas we needed to beTrain station across the road Light breakfast included

Older property - air con did not work effectively (patched up with tape and too small and inefficient to cover area needed) and not enough pillows available for 4 people (for which the booking was made)Difficult for staff (the one we had contact with) to understand simple english

Staff were friendly, handy location. The continental breakfast the next morning was great. A clean, comfortable place to stay :)

Mattress was hard not good if you have a bad back Air conditioner needs a good clean

This hotel has the potential to be really Good Some things were really good but some of the decor like chairs and lamps is worn out

The room very clean and comfortable great location for Brisbane airport staff very friendly and well manored

Excellent pool area with spa and good comfy sunbed lounger well appointed room with kettle coffee tea etc very clean bathroom and huge shower for two people if lucky , right across from the strain station .

All was good for our stay .

It was cozy, clean and quiet overall had good vibes. The staff were so so kind and upgraded our room for free (: There is a lovely outdoor sitting area where we had the chance to meet some awesome people who were also staying at the hotel!

My only complaint (which is honestly on me), is that cars with a bit more height like mine/ 4WDs cannot access the accomodation parking. However there is parking on the street, the hotel has a camera facing the street, so I wasn’t too concerned about the security of my vehicle.

the initial photo showed a room with garden view... and i thought it would be luxurious enough to book it for a night ... getting there i was shocked it was not as the photo showed ... cramped with bunk beds and a view of the parking lot, but the worst was that the sheets were pure polyester ... it felt as if i was sleeping between garbage bags... horrible sleep because of that

A train station near the hotel so you can hear the train when it arrives and when it leaves

The location was great as we were at Doomben Race Course which was only 300m walk away.

You could hear the people upstairs.

Great position. 5 min drive from many restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Train station across the road and 9 mins to the airport. Was not noisy at night. Everything was clean and there were a couple of tables outside you could sit at to eat etc. Pool looked nice although we don’t use it. Mattress was comfortable.

We didn’t have any blankets on our beds, just sheets. By the time I realised, the office had shut and I didn’t want to be a bother to ask after hours. I was cold. We also had 1 pillow per bed, and they were pretty flat and left me wishing I had brought mine from home.

Comfortable and clean

The receptionist came to ask me to leave 1min after the check-out time (I was already ready to get out with my luggage). Found it unnecessary especially just 1 min after the check-out time. Felt pressured (like my neighbours apparently).
