    Pros +

    • The location is awesome!! It's in the heart of CBD and accesible to all attractions in the city. It's directly opposite to Uptown mall. Loads to restaurants near by which offers multiple choice. A bit pricey but still happy! I would definitely recommend this property.
    • The hotel is beautiful with the old classic look and beautiful decoration. The room itself is very convenient with the modern facilities. Location is great and room is spacious. The Roof is high. The bed sheet was dirty at the first room but they soon upgrade us to a much bigger suite which was awesome (beyond what we need).
    • The location is excellent. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby.

    Cons -

    • Parking is an issue. They have very limited parking spots in their building. Probably 10-12 spots I think. You need to get their early and check in as soon as your room is ready. I parked my car and didn't even take it out for the two days I was there because I was scared that I might lose my spot! If you do not arrive by car, then nil issues!
    • Almost nothing, they solve the dirty bed sheet issue in the best way.
    • The room was very dimly lit, and the corners of the furniture were dusty. There were several large blind spots in the room where an adult could easily hide, which made me feel uneasy. I had to check those areas every time I returned.Housekeeping seemed minimal—aside from changing the sheets and towels and emptying the trash, there was no noticeable cleaning. On one occasion, not all the trash was even removed. When I first checked in, one of the bathroom glasses already had a large crack. The tissue box had only two tissues, and despite daily housekeeping, it was never refilled during my stay.

    Nice decoration, gym room

I like the pool but the water is not clean, had to pay extra to have a bed for kid

Staff were fantastic. I needed to change sim cards over and a staff member offered a paperclip which worked really well. Room was great too.

There was a little bit of noise from outside, but that was to be expected being located in the CBD.

Amazing stay at Adina. We travelled with our 18 month baby and was very comfortable in our 1 bedroom room. Travel cot given to us was fine. It needed some padding at the bottom which we expected and I already had a quilt that fit the bottom of the cot with us. I'm sure staff would've provided us with some extra linen if asked but we had our own so that was fine. Room was super nice and comfy. I liked how we could close the door to the bedroom so when we put my baby down, we could still spend time outside without disturbing my baby. The bathroom was also huge and conveniently located further away from the bedroom area so we could take showers in peace. Location was great. Right near the botanic gardens (where we took our baby for a stroll) and also close to alot of great restaurants and eateries. Wished we stayed another night!

My only issue was that the parking was quite hard to find. We managed at the end. It would have been nice if the parking was free for guests but understand that the hotel might need to charge as it is in the city.

Staff left a bottle of wine and chocolate for my birthday. Location is so central to everything. Pool was heated and lovely. Good gym. Very comfy bed. Staff were wonderful.

The location is so good. Right in the city center and short walk from South bank. Also our appartement room had everything you need to for short and longer stay. Very large room. The entrance of the hotel is also very nice!

Fantastic double room for a family - will definately stay again.

Would have liked to see more wellness rooms - sauna, steam room, cold plunge

We enjoyed our short stay. Location was so good. Close to parks to sit and enjoy the city atmosphere, close stroll to the river side and surrounded by a huge variety of places to dine and enjoy some lovely entertainment.

    spacious room, convenient location,

booked for two single beds for two people but turned out as joint twin beds, disappointing. the other person slept in the room couch. Even I phoned customer service staff few days prior regarding the arrangement but nothing was done as expected when we arrived. Needs to improve.

Great location easy walk to the new casino precinct and also a pleasant walk to southbank and the arts precinct. Also close to good shopping and opposite Queens park .Hotel is a great mix of modern and heritage style.Very quiet at night and easy check in and check out.

We loved everything and would stay again but we did notice the toilet in our bathroom appeared to have a very weak flush

Enjoyed the stay. The room was large and had great amenities. Centrally located. Bed was extremely comfortable. Good views from my room.

Parking was difficult to access. Food options for breakfast was very limited in the cafe.

Very big apartment that included everything you could need for a long stay (including microwave, washing machine, etc).

Due to a cancelled flight, I had to make an unplanned overnight stay at this hotel. Extremely expensive for the services provided, would not recommend for short stays.

    Location was excellent.

So DARK! Morning, noon & night, all dark! Only window was facing the wall of a building. And we stayed for 8N. You would think we could have been alloted a better room considering we stayed so many nights ?
