Eatons Hill Hotel

Exceptional location for an event at Eaton’s Hill. Staff were extremely professional and attentive. Room was immaculate with a brilliant view of the concert venue (if your room is on that side of the hotel)

Close proximity to shops, bus stops. 24 hour check in.

Not enough lighting in the room. Tv remote didn't work. A used toilet roll from previous guests was left on the toilet holder. The room had a musty smell. There was a spillage on the bathroom sink that had leaked all over the sink.

Friendly staff, large rooms, comfortable bed.

The bed was super comfortable! The staff were friendly and it was a very relaxed environment.

Close to the work location I needed, very new, clean and large comfortable room. Having the bistro so close which was lovely, was a bonus

The people at reception were always so welcoming and helpful. The shower was amazing and the beds were so insanely comfortable. Everything was very clean and I would stay here again. Great amount of amenities and even had free laundry machines.

The lights in the room go off a sensor and if you spend too long in the bathroom the lights will turn off and you have to go near the sensor for the lights to turn back on again

Clean rooms cleaned daily.Location to hotel for dinner and sporting complex.

It began with a wonderful welcome from friendly knowledgeable staff and continued with this exceptionally high standard. Room was wonderfully appointed, laundry facility available on the floor. I cant say enough to fully explain how good it was.

I had trouble finding tea/coffee.There was only 2 normal tea bags & we had to share tea bags for cup of tea when we arrived & one in morning.I did not like drinking glasses being placed in bathroom next to toilet.

Very very comfortable, spacious and the view was great. Staff were very lovely

My room was a little dirty but other than that it was amazing!

Location, very clean, comfortable bed.

Well appointed, the air conditioning was amazing, room was clean. Attended a concert in the ballroom.

Lining up in the underground car park in 30+ heat was very uncomfortable, the doors opened 40 mins after they were supposed to and I was quite ill and dehydrated by the time we got in.

Staff are pleasant, facilities are newish

Beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable, ended up hurting my back and rooms need a detail clean, showers have mould. Room is smallish, AC kept turning off, not fun in Brisbane summer, no where in room for both people to comfortably sit.

Breakfast was beautiful, the location was perfect very quiet, hotel rooms and hallways where very comforting giving a very relaxed vibe with a beautiful stand out lobby, and a beautiful relaxing pool room

I didn’t like when we would turn the air conditioner on and when we left it would turn off leaving the room quite warm/hot when we arrived back

Gorgeous and stylish, we enjoyed the cool ambiance of the room and ice machine was appreciated.

The fridge wasn’t cold.

We were just there to crash after a concert which was incredibly handy! Staff were amazingly helpful, huge range of places to eat that were right there, lovely clean and comfortable room. Cocktail bar was a brilliant place to have a drink and watch the concert line go down. Would 100 percent happily stay here again!

Didn’t allow visitors to the room, my sister wasn’t allowed to come into the room just to eat some lunch we had bought together
