- No screen door for patio couldn't have fresh air without glass left open for bugs fly in. No microwave no plates and bowls.
- Noise from levels above, showers are only 700mm wide and shower head really low so not very good for larger people

The buffet breakfast was quite expensive for me at $35.00 as I do not eat much in the morning - it would have been nice to have a lighter option for people with a lighter appetite.

Quiet clean rooms with comfortable bed
Room service was difficult to access. The breakfast buffet was okay but some items disappeared quickly and weren't replaced fast enough eg coffee,eggs.

The air conditioning needs replacing it wasn’t sufficient to cool our room. Paying for parking especially as we were staying at the Hotel. Too hilly!

Bathroom too small-even for one person. Insufficient bench top space and drawers in bathroom.
The beds were super comfortable, we loved the quality of the sheets and the care taken with the bed-making. Thank you.
