Such a great place to stay in Brisbane City. We absolutely loved the view from our apartment and even got a free upgrade :) Staff was very friendly and we loved our stay!!

facilities not up to the mark. like utensils were old /broken. Soap, shampoo quality very poor. Needs to be serviced more regularly.

It’s in the CBD area, close to Queen Street Mall (plenty of shops and restaurants) and easy uber everywhere. The room is clean and equip with everything I need during my stay.

More trash bag would be nice

Dirty room, Shower was cold, Paid for parking but there was non available. (Did get a refund)

Very poor service on arrival. Not welcomed. Gruff and poor people's skills of staff person at reception. Room card not working had to go back down to reception from level 51 to have them re-scaned.

Requested a room facing the river, have stayed at Skytower before. Booked three nights to ensure availability. Not given a great room. Limited view and bathroom lacked privacy.

Advertised as a king bed and twin bed but this was not true the king bed was 2 singles pushed together. Only one single bed in the second room. The pool was freezing and unusable

The view, being right in the CBD, the up to date simple furnishing.

Was hoping for a single corner room (based on the photos.) Got "upgraded" to a two bedroom which only faced one direction. Not exactly a problem.

View was great, got a free upgraded room on arrival. Location was in walking distance to most needed locations. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. No dust on surfaces. Beds made nicely and bathroom spotless.

Wifi

The view from the 35th floor was great and the location was very central. Very modern decor. Great to have a washing machine in the unit.

The lifts were confusing to use, especially getting from the carpark to the room. Also, it was complicated to use the microwave, as it was a combination with the oven.

View. We got room 4909 (49th floor) which has a great view, see pics. Good size for two. Washing machine and dryer, microwave with instant grill. No noise at this height. Woolies near by, and the sky mart downstairs is nice for snacks and drinks.

The blackout curtains don't really block the early light, as the sun rises at 05:00. Bring eyes blindfold if you are sensitive... Not all the rooms have a view, especially the lower floors. As in all Australia, tap water smells, so buying mineral water is a must.Tipp1: on welcoming, take the towels as there are no in the apt, and they forget to give it...Tipp2: super fast elevators can cause ear pressure if you stay on high floor.Tipp3: the pool on floor 66 is super small mainly for kids. Not for swimming.

The view was amazing . Apartment well equipped and very clean . Staff really helpful .Great Location . Centrally located.

Internet was intermittent but a minor issue

Nice staff, brilliant large high room as requested. Close to the centre of the city and walks around the botanical gardens.

The parking procedure and the cost of parking, wow! The pool seemed grubby. The sauna had a broken door.

Excellent location and views

Was a little basic and lacked some cooking utensils but it wasn’t really that much of an issue for us

location is great. We were on the 72nd floor and we never had to wait long for a lift and the view way AMAZING so good we extended our stay for 2 extra nights.'

The Pool area could be larger for such a large apartment block.

We loved the location, the view, and the process was very easy.

There was a slight fishy odor that the property manager apologized for, but it was hard to get used to at first.
