Great location, very close to shops cafes and supermarket. The room was nice, it had everything you need.

Good location to convention center. Plenty of nice eating places in the area. pool area was lovely.

The facilities were poor. Kitchen accessories were very limited. Dryer worked but didn't heat to dry the clothes.No microwave bowls available. Kitchen rubbish bins were emptied but not cleaned.We had 4 people staying in apartment for 1 week but were only supplied 2 towels on arrival.

Great location as I was attending a conference at the convention center. Nice walk into the mall area and close to restaurants and convenience shops.

Disappointing.

Firstly, I informed the property twice before our stay we would be checking in around 7pm. I then called when we left the airport 30 minutes before our arrival that we were on our way. We then had to call again and wait a further 30 minutes before anyone arrived to check us in. Then, the master bathroom shower drain was completely clogged up on our arrival so we were unable to use it until maintenance remedied this the next day. This sparked some questions regarding the cleanliness and professionalism of the cleaners, who would have noticed the blocked drain had the shower been cleaned properly. The dishwasher was also mouldy and disgusting as dishes had been sitting in there for who knows how long, another thing we would assume the cleaners are supposed to check. There was also dirty cotton tips outside on the balcony table.

Location is exceptional for Southside activities

Generally Dusty, furnishings were grubby or broken, hair from previous occupants over the floor, cigarette butts on verandah, furniture laminate pieces missing. No dust pan / brush or broom for accidents. Shower was noisy.

Location was good, carparking was ok and not too expensive

Parking - I was sent to 3 different spaces and even though it was a 3 bedroom apartment we only got 1 space allowed

The location was better than we expected. It was within walking distance to Southbank with its many restaurants and cafes and lots to see and do.The apartment itself was spacious and had everything a home away from home would have. There were some minor maintenance issues with the one we were in. However, we advised reception at checkout, and they said they would get into it straight away. I would stay here again.

Apartment run down, bath does not drain the water while your showering so you are standing in ankle deep water the whole time. Noisy with all the construction and traffic

the location is fantastic for all kinds of food, as well as two nearby supermarkets for extras. Great coffee options everywhere! It was a quick walk to our conference location at the convention centre, for the local swimming pool and places to walk along the river and over to Roma Street Parklands. Also had two great visits to the Qld Art Gallery and the Modern Art Gallery - outstanding! The rooftop pool is fantastic too for a relax at the end of the day.

Disappointed no tv in bedroom PowerPoint and Ariel socket on wall ready for tv but none!

It was a very nice room. Clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and a great location.

Reception door was locked between 2-3pm, when I went to check in. It had a number on the door to ring for someone to come and let you in. I rang twice and left messages within 10 mins. Nobody answered the phone If you are going to have a number on the door, somebody should answer the phone and acknowledge that you are there.

Not super clean - found hair in the bathroom as well as dirty dishes in the dishwasher. everything needed a good dust - couldn’t use the fans because they were covered in dust.

Close to Southbank Parklands - Kiki coffee under the rail track was a treat.Pool and BBQ area was nice.

Parking was not included.Looks straight into other apartments. No coffee plunger or expresso machine .

Very small carbay.Stuffy in the lift and corridors

It was close to everything and quiet, location was perfect for a weekend in Brisbane

The space wasn’t very clean, the ‘king bed’ was just two king singles pushed together and you could feel where they separated so that was uncomfortable.
