Room was modern, clean, comfortable and excellent location close to hospital and southbank.

Very great location, nice little modern hotel. Easy walking distance to South Bank and all the amenities. Great carparking. Pool was great, along with the bedroom, nice and big for hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Varying quality of breakfast. One day was amazing, the following barely edible. It was also just a choice of a meal and one drink, not worth the value in my opinion, would have better to either be a buffet breakfast for the price, or could use the money elsewhere on breakfast.

Breakfast was not worth the money and restaurant staff were unhelpful.

Work trip and location for us was spot on.

Didn't like the fact that the air con didn't work that great.. didn't even feel like.it was on...n as for bath room the exchurst fan didn't work at all.

The toilets stink! As soon as you open the room, there is this awful smell.The noisy fan in the toilets went on until 1 or 2am. There was no switch to turn it off. Called the reception, they were unable to help and said they would inform the hotel manager. Next night, same thing!The carpet looks so dirty, as if it has never been cleaned.No cutlery, no plates. Unless you are there just to 'sleep', you might want to look for a better hotel...

I think it would be a bit better if there was some better signage for the lobby if you're coming from the car park

Had a great overnight stay at this hotel. Held a full-day workshop in their conference facility and it was perfect for our session. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we had an excellent experience overall.

Perfectly situated to the Riverstage stadium with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and cafés around.

The room was a bit damp, because the AC hasn't been switched on before we arrived.

Location for Uni and kids hospital very good. And South bank restaurants. Rooms are standard. Quite except for occasional helicopter. Parking good

The cafe downstairs is quite expensive

Bed was comfy and lots of pillows.

Parking is expensive, $40 per night. Lobby has a strong, sickly sweet perfume smell, had to sit outside for breakfast as the smell was overwhelming.

Holding $300 on the rooms I booked for 1 month, money came out my bank instantly but waiting a month for my return of the money they take incase of damage seems a bit extreme.
