Fantastic locartion, could walk to food and entertainment easily and was a convenient pick up for my colleague who was driving me around.

No onsite car parking made it difficult to drive myself around but it was not a surprise, the website explained it clearly and the offsite carpark was not too far away.

Fabulous location, very helpful and friendly staff, close to all amenities including train station and many restaurants in the area. Ideal location for Fortitude Music Hall and The Tivoli.

If you require a room with a window that can be opened, it would be best to ask when booking.

Didn 't like the see through bathroom wall. No on-site parking.

Price - I understand with events on check in/out days and location it raises the price. But for such a small room for what I paid, could be better.

During my stay, I found a cigarette butt under the bed in my room, which is meant to be non-smoking. This raises real concerns about the standard of cleaning and room checks.I went to reception that morning to report it, but there was no one at the desk. A man working in the office behind reception told me to email, which I did.Despite reporting the issue during my stay, I was later told that because it was not raised at the time, no refund or resolution was possible.

The location is near Fortitude Valley station and walking distance to the Chinatown area for food and drinks.The room and bed are comfortable.I would have highly recommended this hotel if not for the negative that I state below.

The price was extremely high but I supposed it is market driven.The housekeeping should check and ensure that the shower gel, shampoo etc are filled. The shower gel bottle in my room was empty. Could hardly get anything out of it. As it was 5am and I had to depart for airport, I did not call housekeeping to provide the shower gel. Nevertheless, such situation should not happen at all when they are charging more than $400 per night.

Really street-art trendy, great friendly staff, convenient location. Small rooms but designed really well to maximise the space and very modern, including wireless charging incorporated into each of the table lamps.

Would have preferred "secure" free wifi for obvious security reasons. Also, there is only half cupboard height hanging space, which isn't appropriate for full length pants, skirts, dresses etc.

Saw the review not bad, but totally disappointed, simply for hotel itself , feeling like a YMCA hostel back to teenage time not a proper hotel , no proper wardrobe, no breakfast options, even the material of bathroom basin station is not appropriate , sorry just not worthy for the price and value . Paid $350 per night for this , so not worthy .

There was one time our swipe card didnt work in the lift, but this was fixed within a few minutes at the front desk, and the service was awesome.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest - foil seal from previous occupants on the floor, white scum on shower handle, tissue remnants on the floor from previous tenants

Great location, very clean and tidy. Loved the lighting and quirkiness of the room. Bed was great and shower was awesome too

Only thing that I'll mention was the toilet seat was detached from the toilet itself. But other than that it was a great stay

lovely staff, beautiful room, would stay here every time i travel. great location, close to public transport and restaurants/cafes/bars.

Loved the lighting in the room and how funky it was. Really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the event we went to.

Our room aircon was very noisy, the hotel offered a room change to us, but we ended up staying in our assigned room, as it wasn't too much of a hassle. Having to park in a carpark a street over, which wasnt a major either just a nuisance
