Accommodation was Better than expected. Didn't know I was staying at a pub.tThe only thing was I couldn't contact the motel initially and no response was made until 2 days later after several phone calls and emails By the time someone responded by email I had sorted the issue out myself. That made me leary of my upcoming g stay but it turned out ok

Didn't replace the cornflakes but left weetbix . Ugh!

The rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. Well equipped with everything needed including large tv, couch, coffee table, super cold AC, mini kitchen - microwave/toaster/kettle, cutlery etc, even salt and pepper grinders. The bed was comfy, the large bathroom was clean with a really nice rain style shower head. I arrived late so most of the attached pub was closed, but it's huge and looked like it would be really good. Free parking directly out front of the rooms. Perfect stay!

Room very neat and tiny, big bar and restaurant, will definitely book here again, we didn't get to try the restaurant but looking forward to next visit

The price. The recent renovations do not warrant such a price hike I feel.

Location was excellent here, the room was clean with 2 beds and a nice refurbished ensuite. The breakfast pack was a delightful addition, with toaster and coffee making facilities . Parking was excellent, undercover and right outside. The attached hotel facilities were cheerful and bistros meals very good. Woolworths walking distance, as was North West Private Hospital.

had two of the worst nights sleep drunks in the next room partied until 5am then when we finally dozed off woke to the sound of someone violently throwing up the chair as you walked in the door looked liked it had been stained with urine the motel itself was in a good location and the lady I reception was lovely

Room was well appointed. Shower was Awsome.

Kitchen shuts at check in, not a good place to stay if you are there for night works as you can’t eat till 5pm so no sleep, no assistance when needed. Locked myself out at 6am getting ready for work due to lack of sleep. No one onsite to get you back in till 7:30 and cleaners will abuse you if you ask for help trying to get back in.

The rooms were beautiful and clean and could park directly in front of hotel and the hotel female manager was so lovely as I locked myself out twice and she came out straight away and didn't make me feel silly and the brekky packs provided were tummo will definitely stay here again and the food was awesome too

Maybe just would hve liked an ice tray to use

They do not have breakfast but the whole facility is huge and amazing, beautiful gardens and great lunch and dinners. Outside bars, kids play areas etc.

Staff are young and need better training, they are very nice but let down in areas of service

It shouldn't have the word HOTEL in its title. 10 stand alone outside rooms. Lock out of the building am and no breakfast service. In fact, all doors were locked

The carpark is right in front of the room, so handy! The room was nice and clean.Located in a quiet area but close to every amenity and key spots

The carpark lights were so bright, luckily I adjusted the curtain and was able to darken the room.Tradies were a bit noisy from early morning

The restaurant was closed and there was nowhere on our accomodation booking to advise us. Wasn’t the end of the world but was a little disappointing.

Room fine.

There was only a room Nothing else. Nobody. A note in the room to tell us no one would be there. No facilities. No food available. And no warning before we arrived Christmas Eve. Booking.com did not advise us either. They said they were renovating. Not that it would be closed. Room rate was quite expensive I thought for the circumstances. We have stayed there before and were happy.

Next door to Woolworths and cafe. Loved the free Taxi ride from airport.

It was very handy to where we needed to be .

Had a clean bed and hotel was good great wine service was very good .
