Everything , beds comfy , beautiful and clean
Well appointed room, very clean. There was a window for fresh air. Small kitchenette which was very helpful as there are limited dining opportunities. Walking distance to Chermside shopping centre. Great lighting in the bathroom.
We also used the conference room and it was set up well.

Mattress was very hard, might as well have slept on the floor! Could not get comfortable and did not sleep well at all.Loud guests returning to next room at 2.40am, although that's rude ignorant guests not the venue's fault. Shower poorly designed: hard to reach towel on rack after door opened. No bathmat provided. Not a place to stay if you want any scenic views from your window.

Stairs to entry
Very short walk to Westfield. Large comfortable rooms , clean and well appointed suites suitable for a short stay. Very typical of the Quest model
Difficult to access by car, first time. Both Google maps and Apple map directions were imprecise.
Super convenient to the shopping centre.
The elevator (the only one) stopped working 36 hrs before we left. Had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs.
Friendly, helpful receptionist.
Arrived after midnight and had to access a keysafe. Although I advised the hotel that I would be arriving late at time of booking the person on the other end of the intercom was initially convinced I was at the wrong address.
