Nightcap at Springwood Hotel

Bed was comfy and clean room.

Had no hot water at all, was told builders would arrive the next morning at 4am to fix. Never did and couldn’t get through to office until we had to check out.

Very convenient clean and quiet...

It is easy and convenient and always clean

That we had to ring a number as it was closed at 2pm for check in Saturday. Hard when phone rings inside the closed office. A sign should be up that if unattended see temporary bar staff

The room felt like my own bedroom and is very clean n comfortable

There was no food to order BUT, that's becaus E the Hotel is being renovated.

The place was clean and sanitized and very comfy and was placed near lots of food options and was nice and spacious.

The place didn't have lots of lighting.

There was no milk provided for hot drinks.

Breakfast, it’s not bad, location it’s not bad either

I'm not thrilled with my room, but it's passable. However, for the past two nights, I've noticed a terrible smell, like sewage, after I turn off the aircon. It's nauseating.

Air conditioning worked great, king size bed comfy

Difficulty checking in, staff no where to be found had to phone them 3 times to announce my arrival, cleaning staff interrupted out Gigi to move car slightly back saying they couldn’t get their trolley past. I beg to argue there was room. Pub attached was having Reno’s so limited services there.

Tried to check in an hour earlier because had to attend a concert before 2pm. Rang up about it a week earlier and was told they should be able to if room was ready. Got there and spoke to a cleaner and room was ready but couldn't even find any admin staff. Had to change in car park then when returned at 10.30 still couldn't get anyone to check in for 30 minutes even though was told they are there until 4am. Will never darken their doorstep again.

Stay was good for a motel accommodation

They left water in fridge last time which was good didn't this time it was very handy in higher temperatures rooms were clean and tidy and beds comfortable

Clean spacious room. Clean bathroom with in shower products. Cold water in fridge. Easy access from car to room and space to open car doors. Pub food is basic but generous and can be delivered to room. Also Feast and Maccas close by. Blackout curtains for sleeping. Would stay again.

Renovations are making access to front bar tricky through a carpark and no footpaths. Reception is great until you need a person. However when you get one they are more than willing to assist.

Despite renovations in progress and reception unattended when I arrived the staff were helpful and check in was easy and it was central to everything I needed in the area.

Staff is welcoming , rooms are clean and comfortable, also I felt so relaxed. I am a smoker so there is a smoker/s area on the Motel grounds to have a cigarette near your room as most Motels do not have a smoker/s area.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean. Big and spacious. Full proper kitchen. The cleaner came on time for check out. she was so beautiful. Such a lovely lady and really helpful.

The Queen bed needs upgrading. It had a big dip/sunk in the middle so it made for an uncomfortable sleep trying to roll out of it all night. The toilet oddly has no external window or fan/ventilation system and is off the living area. Bit awkward. Office staff were hard to get hold of. Tried to contact them twice after check-in and gave up. The office isn't manned. Luckily we were only there a night. Despite this, we'd book it again if we needed to. Everything else was fine and fit what we needed for the occasion.

There are no negatives. The room is spacious and there is an ironing board and hanging space if you need it. Ample tea/coffee etc and space to make it. A wonderfully comfortable large bed and air conditioning on on arrival. Room is nicely painted. Plenty of power points. Was extremely good for the price. The staff are all very nice too

Just be aware it is just off the freeway so you will get constant traffic noise but ear plug help

Random people walking through the carpark area that were not guests .

We were in a 2 bedroom family unit. It had so much space. Plenty of room for all our belongings so we didnt have to leave them in the back of the ute overnight. Plenty parking. Beds were extremely comfortable. Unit was very clean and great condition for its age. So handy to coles and great food options literally at your door step.

The unit was 99.99% perfect. If there was a washing machine it would literally be the perfect unit.
