One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Lots of pillows, easy to use TV, tea and coffee facility, and when I asked to change room room from the courtyard view to the street view was absolutely no problem. Excellent bathroom amenities.
Not a complaint - a bath robe would of been nice.
It was so new! The room had a great layout, I particularly liked having the bench seat near the bed to keep my things on. The staff was also incredibly helpful, on 4 different occasions I needed something and they exceeded my expectations.
The entrance is kind of hidden away. Also, it was great to have a balcony but the view of a car dealership isn't necessarily the most pleasant. There were some beautiful jacaranda trees outside that made up for it, though.

Location, location!! We enjoy that it’s a boutique hotel in close proximity to family and restaurants. We also love the on-site parking.
The main thing was that the shower didn’t have enough water pressure. We spoke to the receptionist about this.

The booking.com description suggests the hotel has a pool which it doesn't. Rather it offers free entry to the nearby Valley pool. This was clear on the hotel's website but I was relying on the booking.com description.
