Great reception staff. Super friendly & helpful.

I left my phone charger in my room & rang the next day to see if it was there & apparently it wasn’t. A little annoying.

Very large clean & functional rooms. Dreamy comfortable bed! We upgraded to the deluxe room which was well worth it . Have stayed in the standard room previously and they are perfectly fine too but the deluxe are huge with separate toilet.

Couldn’t find the safe in the deluxe room & there is not much space at all to hang long dresses. The bath takes so long to fill definitely need to allow time for that! But very nice bath.

The shower was dangerous kept going boiling hot. They did nothing

we booked there because i had day surgery at Redlands hospital and needed to rest overnight after being discharged before going home as i don’t live on the mainland and my barge home was next day. Stayed in the suite with the balcony and it was extremely peaceful and comfortable perfect for recovering. All the staff were really nice and we had room service with amazing food for diner and breakfast. I can’t fault anything.

Nothing to dislike i just wish i could have stayed another night. I will definitely be back.

Staff smoking area adjacent to security car parking so the parking area always had a strong smell of smoke.Not good if you want a smoke free environment

I’m always given my preferred type of room and location in the hotel. It’s 5 minutes from family and used regularly for overflow. I enjoy being able to use the hotel facilities (restaurant and bar) and often have a family function in the restaurant. Great play area.

I had a garden room and could park close to the room. It was spacious.

There was a spider in the room. That's hard to control but perhaps some fumigation.

Very clean, good cheap food and drinks, very pleasant staff.

Location- too far away from shops and cafes.

In din I ng room asked for tv to be changed to cricket.Staff member was right on it no problem

Music was playing to load for 8 am and with the morning tv show on. It was too busy. Not that you could hear the tv clearly over the music. It all could to have the music pumping but not before coffee!

Great meals and accommodation was nice and quiet. Clean and tidy rooms and done daily ✔️

Really annoying large over thick pillows..absolutely drove us mad! 4 of them..Internet was terrible and not really free and TV's had no other media to watch..but since not good wifi bit crazy anyway.So, all in all...probably too far away from other things to do for us.

It was located close to where our friends lived in Cleveland. There was a restaurant on the premises that had vegan options for my husband, and a laundry on site. There was undercover parking outside the unit.

The shower didn’t have a door so it was like a wet bathroom.

Have stayed previously. Spacious rooms, clean, great location for my needs, good bistro on-site with good food and friendly staff.

Didn’t have breakfast.Staff (Kristin, Adam) were exemplary in their knowledge of the area and willingness to assist.Location was perfect for our stay.
