- Clean, friendly operators
- White bed linen and towels were spotless. Quilt had stain on corner. Main room had been renovated The third floor has not been built possibly leading to ceiling leaks. Plenty of tea/coffee supplies.

- No hot water for the little sink to have a shave

- Another guest offered to help me up with case but manager carried it down after I asked for help. I am 75 so help was appreciated. Train woke me early with loud horn. Bathroom ceiling, door and floor stained. Shower floor sloped too much, fear of slip.
