Price - $685 for I x night for a small room with no bacon was very expensive, I realise it was valentine day that we stayed but still it was way to expensive for what the room was

The staff were all lovely and helpful, the entire hotel was clean and had a modern feel and the location was great for spending time in the city.

I was led to believe there was a pool but it was located at the hotel next door. The bed was super hard. When we booked it said secure parking but I didn't see that it was an additional $60. We didn't mind however we booked months in advance and had a bugdet for it and it was a suprise.

Staff were fabulous and friendly and very helpful. Beds, pillows, rooms very so comfortable, temp was good. Great location.

Not enough milk provided. Supply pod but can’t froth that small amount with the little machine so didn’t use. Be better if small uht milk provided considering cost of room per night.The information for tv shows isn’t working.Room didn’t get cleaned until too late in day and husband having a rest so declined.Smell of body wash, etc is very masculine scent rather than something neutral.

Quiet room and good location.

No hot water in room so forced to have a cold shower which was applauding given the price of the room.Mentioned this to staff member at check out who said they would have maintenance look at it.

Close to all the shops

We had small moths daily & we asked the staff several times to attend to this, however our request was ignored.

Going next door for the pool, seemed like all tge good amentuties were next door, kept trying yo chatge us for parking, x3 times.Sorry if its Australian you need Australian personnel tgere to help out.

A Good Breakfast was included, but it is worthy of the title Awesome Breakfast. The quality of the cooked food is amazing as is the vast range of choice. Delicious!

The foyer of the hotel is a little understated on arrival as it is adjacent to their car park driveway. With a redesign this could be improved to be more worthy of this fab hotel. The room design is very chic, generous and comfortable, making a stay here a real joy.

The noise around the hotel from the construction works is 24/7 and you are still charging a premium for rooms which is totally unreasonable

Easy check in, great location, comfy bed and good shower

The cleaner's lift was right outside my room so it was noisy at times. I could also hear the movements from the upstairs room which was a bit annoying

Have stayed here before and it is still a great option. Close to Queen Street mall and an easy walk over to Southbank. Everything you need close by and staff were top notch.

Honestly hard to say anything negative. If I had to be picky, maybe a little better signage at street level.

Disappointing

The air con was stuck on. The lobby and lifts were too busy. The valet was 1.5 hrs late and we missed our morning appointment.

Good Location, pleasant staff, clean room.

No bar, restaurant or pool.

Very friendly staff. Great central location.

Slightly odd to have a Nespresso machine in the room but no cups which could fit under the coffee dispenser (even after lowering the tray on which the cup should sit). An easy thing to fix.

It was small and comfortable, clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was very good as well

I have been staying here for many years mainly because of the location. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. The room airconditioning was very cold but we were able to adjust it ourselves to a more comfortable temperature. The breakfast here is always excellent and great value for money! Will be back again in January!

It would have been nice to have a choice of pillows as for me personally, the ones on offer were too firm. We caught the train this year as they charge $60 for parking which I think is expensive. Check-in is 3pm not 2pm which is very late but you can use the facilities next door at the Westin until your room is ready.

Location was good

I would just suggest people read the whole description of the hotel, the pool is not located on site, its at the hotel next door so you are competing for pool loungers with guests from 2 hotels. I also asked for a more flat pillow twice and was told they would deliver one and they didnt. We were on level 24, facing other buildings and it was incredibly noisey around 3.30 each morning with really loud banging outside.

We only stayed for one night due to our flight cancellations, but this hotel was such a pleasant surprise and definitely better than our previous stays. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The blackout curtains were amazing and made such a difference after a long day.Staff were very kind and allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy.
