Location

Upgraded to a two bathroom apartment and we had a spacious living area and outdoor balcony. Location very handy to restaurants and shopping. Easy and affordable parking.

View of trains and buildings is not great when outside but it is the city.

The location was good but that was about all I can commend on.

Everything was a disaster from the cleanliness to the staff

The Rooms were clean but the cutlery wasn't. It still had some food left on it so we had to wash the cutlery again.

No matter what I tried, I couldn't connect to the wifi. It was very confusing.

it was very safe and well equipped.

the uber won't pull up out the front - you have to walk half a block.

The apartment is nice, with the big balcony that got the nice Brisbane sunlight. The apartment is generally clean, the shower drain is very smooth, water goes out very fast. Wifi is not too strong but overall smooth. We arrived early before noon and the room is already ready for our check in, thanks so much for the arrangement.

There are quite some ants noticed in the kitchen area. Once we put some packed bread on the kitchentop, after a while, there are plenty of ants on the package... It would be better if there are cleaner to empty the trash bin instead of asking the hotel guests to do this on their own.

The location was great to downtown activities. Easy safe parking, great clean accommodation at a fair price especially for the location. Would stay here again. Loved how well it as stocked. Two bedrooms , two baths.

Apartment was great had everything we needed, close location to enjoy South Bank and reasonably priced

Got to property about 3 hours early not expecting room to be ready but to my surprise it was. Young lady at reception was outstanding. Very helpful.

There was everything that we needed, interesting views. Very clean. Receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant.

I that photographers can makes things look more colorful and better than what they are. I thought it was a bit unfair that the pool was small, nowhere near the size it looks like in the picture. Same goes for the gymnasium.

The property was conveniently located, about 15 min walk to the ferry. Check-in process was smooth, though the automated email was providing contradictory information (check-in until latest 6pm *and* 5pm are noted in the same message, so it was unclear which applied. It was 5pm).

We noticed some overlooked items under the beds (empty cans, straws), which we mentioned to the property; they kindly offered to rectify this, though it seems there may have been a misunderstanding as only the bins were emptied and the items remained. The dishwasher had a slight smell, and some dishes needed an extra clean. Despite the windows being closed, a number of flies found their way in, and there was a mild but noticeable odour from the bathroom drains.

Great location to exceptional food in South Bank. Also ease of walking to the CBD. My suggestion for food if you love Italian, is Julius Pizza. Great coffee and bacon and egg rolls right down stairs

The staff were very helpful, even prior to arriving they answered our question via email, promptly.

Great value for money...a huge apartment in a great location just a few minutes easy walk to South Bank Parklands.

A comfortable, apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay. It was spotless and quiet. Located in a cool part of town, it's close to GOMA and other cultural highlights, as well as Fish Lane's restaurants and bars.
