the noise. constant road noise. unit above were doing renovations thru the night. very inconsiderate. cheapest set of curtains that blocked no light out at night.

Phone in room, information in room states on website that you can order from restaurant but could not find phone number and pool cleaned would be good

If you want to get...

The exterior was nothing like the photos, it was extremely run down and the road noise was unbearable, no sound proofing whatsoever

Work going on thru the night 1 am scrapping and noise from romm above work going on restaurant was not busy but inattentive and family hanging around with noisy kids running amok

Staff were lovely and friendly. Location close to airport and holt street jetty, both convenient for our plans. We ate at the restaurant, the service and food was outstanding, highly recommend dinner there. Rooms were comfortable and basic which we expected.

It was clean and easy to find . Appreciated the notice about keys in box ahead of time.

The pets!! There was a small gappy dog a few doors down that yapped for what seemed like hours - not fun when you have an early wake up call.

In a close proximity to eat street, friendly staff

It was not very clean. Our bed sheets had stains. The cleaning spray was too overpowering. Needed to be aired out.

Motel was very close to river cafes and events

Location was good - staff friendly.

Threadbare sheets that were stained in multiple spots, hallways smelt of cigarette smoke day and night. Broken amenities, broken balcony door, limited car spaces that fill quickly.

it was very noisy could hear everything from other rooms which meant did not sleep well would not return and not worth the money we paid

Annette on reception was a very lovely and helpful person. She was cheerful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and they even had a cold beer/wine in the fridge to buy. Also we where able to store some luggage for a week while we where on a cruise.

The room was very dated and uncared for. The whole place was run down and needs a revamp.

The staff were very nice & obliging. Especially the couple who were the in the evening of 29th 30th JulyWho helped us with son laundry issues.

The parking is a problem. Unfortunately the location of the hotel near a busy road doesn’t help - the traffic noise was bothersome.

Bad

The bed had Curley hair between the bed sheets and urine stains on the bottom sheet ,had to call manger to get the bed remade with fresh linen , very disappointed at the whole place

Passable

No hair-dryer in the room. Plus I was boxed in while parking....so it took about 10 minutes to get out of the carpark.

Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Restaurant downstairs. Good value for what we paid.

servicing of the room poor. On both night items were not restocked. First night no bath mat and no hand towel. Second night no flannels and no soap. Couch provided could not be sat on! It colapses under you.Room walls are way too thin. On the 1st night we were kept awake until midnight by next rooms TV and talking.Every time someone came up the stairs there was a ruckus.

Location was very convenient, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The room I was in had 2 lights not working, the bathroom tap wasn’t attached to the bench, the shower soap dish was hanging off the wall. The room was also very noisy.

Very basic no facilities in room only microwave, no toaster only microwave crockery and cutlery was very limited, car parking was very limited even though we had booked 3 rooms couldn't always park at facility. Room was sprayed with air freshner when we first went in - wonder why???? Room service was being given towels and toilet paper no rubbish collection which is huge as we had ants on our wall and trying to keep them off the food we had.It was very much an emergency accomodation facility

It was a quick stay.Really liked that the hotel allowed us to leave our bags for a couple hours after we had checked out while we waited for our cruise departure.

It was close to the airport and the lady at the front desk was nice.

The fire alarm went off late at night, the room smelled of cigarettes, and there was screaming in the room beside us and in the hallway which required the police to come and question people.
