Quest Kelvin Grove

They can?t asking for more money constantly and kept making me pay for things that weren?t listed, very unreasonably and left me very unhappy. Wouldn?t stay there again

Our stay was quite ok and everything was as expected. Good location, close to CBD and plenty of food

You wont find a cleaner room. The staff are lovely. Very safe and secure.

Location and cleanliness

Shower pressure and pool.

Good location for Suncorp

1) No car charging although it said they did have it - no alternative offered - not even a standard power plug 2) the room smelled terrible, sewage and dirt 3) no response to complaint through booking.com 4) tried to charge $40 for parking when parking is free outside. And one room was $699.And after this review - offered just 20% discount from the next stay! unlikely to be happening.

Great location for QUT staff/students. Nice and helpful staff members.

The layout of the studio was poorly designed, with awkward bathroom and kitchen bin doors. The laundry and dryer machines were dirty and broken, and the entire building appeared quite old and poorly maintained.

It feels like a second home to me. Even the environment around was nice near market, food store. Futhermore, public transport is so close by making it a walking friendly.

Maybe cleaner should come more often.

Clean, friendly, great location for us.

Love the location, comfortable beds & the rooms had great amenities.

we booked 2 three bed room apartments for 12 people. it was very specious ,clean and had all the facilities we required for our stay. we only stayed for one night and would definitely will stay in the future.

although we were given three cards to enter the room, only one card really worked.

Clean bright and airy

Great apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The booking said that 'breakfast is included'. But no breakfast was included. We were given vouchers to go to a local cafe where we still had to pay for the breakfast menus. The voucher was only for wraps - not for breakfast. We felt misled and are very unhappy. We complained to the management of Quest but no one cared. Very poor customer service.

Clean and quiet

No bath

Good location for us just a tiny bit out from central city. Great sized rooms and living area/kitchen. Secure parking.

High price for an extra roll away bed.

Great location, close to facilities, quiet and very comfortable bed. We’ll be back.

Great location - close to my training! We checked in early as the room was available which made our day go so much more smoothly.

There was a septic smell in the bathroom and when we moved the lounge a bit there was food under it.Also the pool tiles did not appear clean.

Great space, laundry in room a bonus. Bed comfortable. Kitchen suitable for a quick visit. Restaraunts within walking distance.

We were visiting our son, and the location was about 100m's from his appointment. Everything in the unit was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and having ac in both the bedroom and lounge was great. We also found all of the eateries in the area very good.

It was pretty and spacious.

The bed felt like it had fibre glass all throughout it or mites. Had to sleep on top of all the blankets.

well appointed apartments and studios, modern TV and appliances and very comfortable beds and pillows etc.Nice showers and clean bathroom and facilities.Aircondintining when needed. Very friendly and helpful staff and a stones throw from the supermarket, coffee cafe and food outlets.

Its a serviced apartment complex with reception , so don't expect in house food or bar. But the water coffee and milk was appreciated
