The rooms were great. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Lots of shops close by.

There was nobody at the hotel when we arrived and had to go to another place to get our key. Parking wasn't clear and gave the key back and the roller door to get out of the park would open without a key.

It was an awesome location. The gentleman who checked us in was so friendly and informative. The apartment was clean and very spacious.

You have to expect noise in the city, and we certainly heard it.

Staff were super friendly and attentive, room was spacious, clean, good size balcony, fresh carpet in the bedroom, comfy bed, nice bathroom and well-spaced shower. A brisk 5-minute walk to Brunswick St Mall and plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

$25 for parking considering how much we paid for the room. But I guess that's pretty standard if you're staying in/around the city these days.

Didn't like that I had to pay extra for the parking. Most hotels I have used don't charge extra for parking.This would be the only reason I would consider looking elsewhere.

Location was great if you need to be around the Valley. Great Value as well.

Noise at 3am when all the drunks get home. Wake you up no matter what room you are in..

The location was good. Easy walk to the river and James St shops

The apartment was quite dark and had no outlook at all, except for the walls of the external courtyard

Only minor thing….shower head very high up on wall, have to be tall if you want to use as hand held & some water spray from shower ends up on bathroom floor

Great location, good size unit and quite. Only issue is the battery went in the smoke alarm so it beaped all night and kept us all awake - very disappointing especially as was there with my 80 year old mother to celebrate her birthday the next day as she was almost to tired to enjoy our big family luncheon.

The style of the building means you will hear everything outside your door at all hours.

Hearing every door slam, other guests/residents loud throughout the night. Apartment needed a good clean, black mould in the shower.

The location was excellent - we had a great time. Cleanliness was good.

The bathroom has issues with water flooding the floor whenever the shower is used and inability to open one of the mirrored cabinets to put toiletries in due to smashing into a vent in the ceiling. There were only lounges to seat 3 people - should cater for 2 couples. No jug to put water in the fridge.

Clean and fresh, close to the hustle and bustle of fortitude valley this is great accommodation with a great location.

We were in Australia and New Zealand for 8 weeks, and this was definitely the nicest property we stayed at and one of the least expensive. Great value for money. The apartment was really spacious, well laid out, had comfortable furniture, and we had a great view from our balcony. Staff were really knowledgeable, made helpful recommendations and were extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues (tv had no sound). The wharf is a 5-6 min walk with easy access to the ferries.

We liked the location and came back to stay a second time because the first time was good. However we didn't like this stay due to how dirty it was, it was very dusty everywhere, couldn't use the cupboards because of this. There was so much mould in the bathroom/shower. Tripping hazard from the mat in the lounge/kitchen area, Plank of wood busted up and stove top didn't even look like it had been cleaned. We don't normally nip pick or take photos but this wasn't a great experience sadly.
