door couldn't be dead locked so my toddler walked straight out the door down the lift nearly out the door. we spent the rest of the time worried our little 1 would get out again

This was a three rooms executive apartment that was well maintained. While it was never cleaned during our stay but the facilities inside were awesome. We were a family of four (my beautiful wife and my son and my daughter) that really enjoyed our stay there.

The property location was great given that it was closer to Brisbane CDB area. The area was also very quiet.

Location was great, lovely views. Apartment well suited to a family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a great patio.

Unit was equipped with the basics but no more, everything seemed "well used". Heat pump/ air con unit was clogged with lint, ended up cleaning it. Lint and dust everywhere. Noise from next doors pool was excessive

The location of the property was fairly close to the Brisbane Convention Centre and South Brisbane Train Station. Both of these places formed important influence in selecting the property. The apartment was adequately furnished although the quality of the furnishings was not high. There was only 1 TV in the apartment and it was in the lounge and was a small flat screen ( probably 32 inch ). The security deposit (credit card) was closed out the day after checkout which is excellent.

There was significant external noise from other apartment doors being closed and noise from the train line adjacent to the property. Cleanliness wasn't very good as I put clothes on the closet shelf in the bedroom and when removed the clothes they had significant dust on them from the shelf ( obviously hadn't been wiped in a long time ). The crockery and cutlery was a mish mash of random plates etc.... did the job but just made everything look tacky.

cleanliness - walls were dirty and signs of aged appartment - rust dints in walls - dishwasher not working - very noisy - can hear everything out in coridor elevators and coridors were not airconditioned and very hot and coridor was very smelly - smelt like old cabbage

Very spacious, great to have fans and window that can open and great to have kitchen and laundry facilities. Balcony an added bonus.

The location

It looked old and worn out, cheap and unclean.

Location was great close to the city. The onsite parking was good value. A the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a bit tired looking, all good for one night.

The bathroom was dirty/mouldy, the bed was hard, the pillows were hard, the room just felt unclean. Very expensive @ $ 430. The roof top spa was closed & looked very untidy up there.

The customer service was the best. Also liked the location and cleanliness.

The apartment didnt match what I had requested and what was confirmed to me but it was ok.

The location was close to South Bank and the city and was within a 15 min drive to our conference at UQ. Uber and Taxi's found it easy to locate.

Noise in the room was loud at night when next door were coming home early in the morning. Could hear everything in the hallway as they came off the elevator. There were some interesting people outside when we left on the Sunday morning that made us a bit uncomfortable.

The location was good with parking onsite.

The room was filthy, so dusty and moldy that I thought my kids had come down with the flu but were better within a few hours of leaving the apartment. Dust everywhere, carpet was filthy, hair all over the apartment, doona was disgusting, mold everywhere. Reception was notified who provided an email address to contact, contacted them and they sent a generic email back saying it could take them up to 5 business days to respond, waited this period and followed up, no response, waited another two weeks, no response. Spoke to another person staying there in the lift who had the same experience as us.

Location and ease of getting to

Very small car park - be wary if you have a SUV getting around the bends.

Perfect location for city locations. Has everything for home away from home living. Clean and comfortable. Spacious.

The parking although safe, was atrocious for our Kluger, extremely tight and difficult to enter, park and exit!No air-conditioning in the second bedroom.

Great view, great location! Spacious apartment. Near fish lane, museum & library. Also pretty close to the airport. Comfortable walking distance to queen st mall.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable- felt the springs through the mattress.After hours check in is a bit difficult. With payment links for bond and lots of instructions.

Love the location, good parking, nice building and apartment.

It was a good location in relation to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. There were a few good restaurants and cafes around.

The apartment smelt like mould, there were lots of little flying bugs in the shower, and generally the apartment didn't feel clean. It was in a noisy location (cars, trains) and you could hear neighbours tv and exhaust fans for the whole building were outside the window which made it even noisier. There is free wifi, but i wasn't sent it automatically, so i had to ask reception for it. Reception is only available during restricted hours, so difficult to contact if you need anything. You are also required to take your rubbish out and start the dishwasher before leaving.
