Cons -
- Very poor in customer service Mngr & receptionist are not helpful. Carpark was hard to find & poor in giving direction, garage door was too dark and I almost accidentally fell off the floor, Twice keys not working when initially accessing my room & garage
- The rooms appeared outdated and dank. The shower was uncomfortably small and would flood the bathroom every time it was used. I did not feel comfortable using the laundry as it was dirty and remote. There was no free wifi in the building.
- The state of the hotel isn’t great it’s really dirty and dusty and outdated.

Bad
The state of the hotel isn’t great it’s really dirty and dusty and outdated.
location and the room wash pretty good
lake of staff at the front desk. take very long to check in. look unorganise
Location
Property was old and tired.Parking was very tight. Had to exit fromPassenger side as I couldn’t open my door when in parking bay.
The property had good proximity to the cbd
The lock on the room door was broken; there were no facilities such as a bar or restaurant; the room was clean but otherwise tired and in dire need of an update
Nothing it was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed at mould everywhere linen was gross and wasn’t washed I wouldn’t let a dog stay here
Absolutely disgusting place I would never let anyone stay here its not fit for a hotel room booking should be appalled they they have it on their site
I liked nothing about this hotel
The doors did not lock to the outside, the place was falling apart, cockroaches, water leaking in bathroom, walls falling apart, bed itchy, no light in the lift.
Clean & spacious. Helpful staff
Non functioning microwave. Room door not operating as needed new batteries and didn't have any spares.Toilet seat broken.
When I booked the breakfast included. When I get the hotel at 2am the Conceirge sai not included. Before then I called up that time I’m arriving, when I get there I have to wait for at least more than half hour to get the key. Very frustrating when you are exhausted from work.
I couldn’t think any better than frustration . No aircon no shampoo no handwash no face towel the room is very smelly. Both rooms are the same my colleagues knocking the door asking for coffee.God help me I was exhausted from work, I hope you felt what I’m feeling that time that nothing to use.
Easy to get around good layout of the room
Bathroom was a bit small
Location; close to where I had a medical appointment
We chose the Astor for location; restaurant (24/7 we saw on the Internet and their website still boasts a restaurant) but that was closed; and parking was an absolute nightmare for a Nissan XTrail.
Location to specialist services
The air conditioner remote was stuck to the wall so the air-conditioning was inoperable, we left the balcony door open and put up with the street noise to cool the room down
Large room with Balcony, good view, great location to city central.
Ave sized TV but remote not working. internal décor is very dated.
Location, room size, comfortable bed, great view. Much better than the negative reviews on this site would suggest. Well appointed kitchenette for self caterers.
A little dated
Staff
Poor facilities, overpriced for the quality of room and facilities.
I ended up visiting Brisbane for work with dates coinciding with State of Origin. Needless to say it was hard work finding somewhere to stay! This is a budget hotel based in a reasonable location in Brisbane.
I really don't enjoy giving negative feedback, but it wasn't an enjoyable stay. The staff were all friendly and the hotel served it's purpose (somewhere to sleep), but it wasn't an enjoyable experience. The room felt very old and tired, the powerpoints weren't properly fixed into the wall in areas, I couldn't find a TV remote.
Poor
The gentleman on reception was exceptionally rude and didn’t want to listen or even answer questions.
Convenient location, cheap accommodation. Great views from our corner room on level 15
Room showing signs of wear and tear.
