Certain Expecting moee from a 4 star accomodation. More modern

There were no additional facilities provided, aside from the accommodation, which was fine. The beds were comfortable, and our stay was generally pleasant. On one evening after 8 PM, there was no hot water for the shower, but since the reception was closed, we reported it the next day, and it was resolved within a couple of hours. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

I really liked the comfortable beds, the pleasant and clean accommodation, and how quickly the staff resolved the hot water issue. Overall, it made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Smell, bathroom, everything is a little dirty. I think they focused only on the bed.

Location was great for what I needed. Loved the security gates to feel secure. Shops directly over the road for convenience and Garden City just minutes down the road. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I could fault was the shower. Shower head could do with replacing.

The location was close to my parent's house

A/C wasn't working off the bat so the staff had to get involved to fix it. Property overall was very unhygienic and unsanitary. Mould everywhere, bugs on/ under the mattress, skin started itching whenever I would go to bed.

Bed was ok and good location for our event.

Not hot water the entire weekend. We told the staff on the first night. Plumber apparently fixed the following day but when we had showers again, still not hot water. Let staff know again.

With shops across the road and Market Square a quick drive down the road it's located in the perfect spot for us. The gated access gave us peace of mind. Loved the designated parking spot in front of our room. The rooms are spacious and amenities were good, there's even a communal microwave in the guest laundry room. Staff are friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the air conditioner was on and our room was cool on arrival, a nice touch that we appreciated.The hotels wifi works incredibly well.This is the second time we've stayed here and we will stay again the next time we're in Queensland.

Without the wifi the phone reception is spotty in the room. Pillows were a bit thin for our liking, however they provide extra pillows, so we used them.

Beds were comfy & soft.

Could’ve had more milk for coffees and complimentary water for quests.

Close to shop and other venues. Safe to take a little walk around property.

It was a struggle trying to connect Netflix and other children’s programs on the television.

Facilities, cleanliness and quietness were wonderful.

The staff in the reception when i was checking out was rude.

Conveniently located to the the BTP Conference and Exhibition Centre for the Brisbane FBAA conference I had to attend

Clean and comfortable, very helpful reception. Friendly and happy. Secure parking within the compound. Perfect for my stay.

No heating in the bathroom.
