Room is carpet, will trap a lot of bacteria, bathroom is too slippery, without divider in the shower area and toilet area

Air freshener (I assume was circulated through the A/C) was a little overpowering BUT it was nice to not be smelling a stale room. :)

Located near the river, shops and restaurants. Rooms were very quiet and maintained.

This place was excellent in all areas, clean, spacious and it’s position. Checking in and out was also easy. Pricing was fair, honestly can’t fault the place. Thank you we will be back.

Hi second visit to Jephson. Its central location to shops, eateries, public transport, etc make it a great place to stay. The rooms are very well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable.

I could not think of anything to improve this hotel for us.

Everything. The location and car park was easy to find and close to Toowong Village including the train station which was perfect for getting to the Suncorp stadium.Our room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable plus well appointed and modern. The bathroom was amazing. We loved our stay and will be returning when we are next in Brisbane.The staff were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed at check-in.Also the Japanese restaurant at the back of reception provided a very delicious breakfast at a reasonable price and their staff were also excellent.A fantastic short stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Big room with a super king comfy bed and plenty of pillows. The apartment was very clean. It's an easy walk to shops restaurants and public transport. Under cover free carpark is excellent.

The toilet squeaked when the cistern refilled. The TV had lots of channels including Foxtel but it couldn't screen cast even though the reception staff were contacted for support.

We have stayed here many times because it is modern, clean and excellent location to take the train into the city. It is so near the Toowong shops so everything you need is a 5 minute walk away. Staff always willing to help and polite.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to a shopping centre, train station and a multitude of restaurants and cafes. Easy access to Suncorp Stadium, and free public transport to and from. We had room service from the onsite Japanese restaurant. It was super quick, very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The staff were fabulous. They're a wealth of information and were happy to help. After we'd left, we realised we'd left a jumper behind in the room. After a quick call to the hotel the jumper was found and has been mailed to us (mail tracking number provided). Thank you so much to Nick. We will be back next time we're in Brisbane.

As a one night stay for a show at Suncorp the location was great. Room, Facilities , Bed all fantastic.
