Central City location, close to everything we needed. Comfy bed.

Hotel was in a very very busy street.

Amazing location, quick check in and out. Very spacious apartments, and extremely clean!

Great location in the middle of the Valley for an overnight stay before international travel. Reception stayed open for us to give us our keys and info about the area. Well appointed apartment.

Large rooms. Lots of light. Full kitchen applicances and also washer/dryer.

Location, size of the apartment, access to parking.

Car parking was a bit expensive. Could have used some dish soap. Need to tell guests where to take the rubbish on that info sheet.

I enjoyed my stay at The Miro Apartments. The room was very clean and well equipped. The size was quite big. Everything looks new. The staff was professional and helpful. The WIFI was strong. Although it was not in downtown, there were bus services nearby taking you to the city center in ~ 20 minutes.The instruction to get inside the building and get the keys was clear.

Access process after hours was easy to access and follow the instructions. Team assisted me with self-check in before I got there. Location was great. Couldn't extend my stay for a couple of hours due to being fully booked.

Bathroom was a huge let down. Shower head was leaking, wasn't any pressure. Soap or an area to put the soap whilst showering.

Location was very convenient to Howard Smith Wharf and train to and from the airport.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had a problem. The rooms are always ok. You get what you pay for. And what I mainly pay for is the location. You can’t beat it. But my recent stay was extremely disappointing. We booked a 1 bedroom and after spending a few hours here I started to notice the many problems. The main light in the bathroom didn’t work and it was the only mirror in the whole apartment, so had to try and do my make up for my event in the semi dark. There is no door on the shower so water goes throughout the bathroom. The tiles were dirty, I could see spot marks all over it when looking up the hallway. I went to plug my phone charger into the socket behind the couch and found a bunch of fingernail clippings thrown behind the couch.. completely disgusting but had no time to change rooms as we were leaving for an event. Again this is a cheap hotel that you book for the location but the nail clippings and dark/wet bathroom isn’t acceptable.

Stopover stay, apartments were clean and safe.

Great location. Very comfortable quiet room. Staff were excellent.

The room layout is awkward, bedroom first, toilet then kitchen. Not enough toiletries, shampoo, shower get, etc..No place in the shower to put a soap of shampoo. No tissue box No bottled water

Price affordable relative to the area. Secure. Friendly front desk. Shower head seemed new with good pressure. Full kitchen.

Very dated and worn. Peeling paint, stained walls, and damp smell throughout. Once weekly cleaning did not happen.

The location, the staff and the easily accessible parking. The apartments are self contained and spacious with a balcony. This is the second time we have stayed at Miro.

There is dust on the air vents above the bed. The only mirror is in the bathroom, it would be nice if there was a full length mirror.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The location is good.

The kitchen ustensils and cooking pots were not well clean. The pots and pans are in Tefal and damaged which is not great for health… please change these for stainless steel.We were supposed to arrive in the middle of the cyclone Alfred, but our flight got cancelled so we had to change our booking. The staff were not really understanding about the situation and we could only get a voucher … so we had to cancel another booking to be able to use the voucher and not loose money.

Location to bus, restaurants and night life.

Modern contemporary room. Plenty of space. Convenient access and parking. Close to numerous food outlets. On a side street say nice and quiet.

Not that I didn’t like it, but the fridge is behind a large cupboard door. And the design of the shower water always splashes out onto the floor because of the way the showerhead faces nothing to criticise or to make it a bad experience.
