Located close to shops at Chermside and buses/taxis. Staff call a taxi for you. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location, breakfast on the go, parking was easy

Rubbish was not cleared every day. Room was not cleaned and tidied every day.

The only thing good was the location

Yes I paid $100 more than the deal you offered the staff didn't care or want to know about it and after receiving the key was told I needed to leave another $100 deposit. We had to walk out the front and go through th garage doors to access car park.

Room was very small.Not many extras supplied.

Very clean. Some breakfast available but wasn't well publicised and only very simple.

No direct access from carpark to lift - always had to exit the carpark and go through main foyer. A bit tedious with luggage.

We requested an early check in as we had a function to attend to. Our room was not ready on time so the staff allowed us to go to the first floor and to get ready in the tiny toilet/ laundry. I was notified that our room was ready two hours later.

Room was very clean and tidy, almost like new. Convenient location to public transport. Had a smoking area on the balcony and good views to the city.

Some of the places I wanted to have a meal or drink nearby were closed.

Overall it was good except for the bed.

The left side of the king bed that was actually a single, the mattress needed to be replaced.

Very decent grab and go breakfast! Was a nice surprise as we weren't expecting it!

There was a dog in the next door complex that barked through both nights of our stay. Our sleep was affected by this unfortunately.

I liked that they put me in a bigger room because the room I booked wasn’t made available to me, so the compensation was appreciated

I didn’t like that I had to except the room I was compensated with because I had no other choice

It would have been good if they’d pointed out that there was no breakfast provided over Easter, when we arrived, or given us a copy of the info that was on the wall in the lift which we failed to notice!

Terrible experience. After staying two nights, they abruptly blocked my key card and locked me out of the building — no warning, no explanation. They claimed they tried to contact me two hours earlier while I was mid-flight and unreachable. When I called to resolve the issue, the representative hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly advise against booking this place — they clearly have no regard for basic hospitality or decency

Location was amazing, plenty of good sized parking for my 4wd, did not expect the stove top and microwave, did not expect the balcony and the nice big bathroom, room very well appointed
