The room was larger, bright and clean with top quality amenities in the bathroom. A rob was provided.

Rooms were super spacious! Beds are soo comfy and staff were lovely. Would def recommend to friends.

Would have been good if there was a cafe on site but there is one across the road and an IGA around the corner.

bed was very comfortable, enough pillows and warm. Good air con. Nice furnishings. Very quiet, no noise from other rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for where we were going. Lovely soaps, Excellent bistro over the road.

some lamps needed new bulbs, some grout moldy in the bathroom. Everything else was good

Room was a good size < could do with a refresh , was surprised that there was no restaurant or Bar , Quite expensive for 2 nite stay

Great size room , comfortable bed & pillows. Pool and pool area was terrific to relax & chill. Friendly helpful staff. Spring Hill area close to many restaurants and nice areas to explore

Located a little away from restaurants and shops but you are easily able to catch a bus and/or walk.

The staff were great. The location was very quiet overnight. There was onsite parking. The room was very spacious. During business hours there are some excellent cafes within 200m (Sisco in particular was excellent)

The bed (Room 306) really needs to be changed as one side of the mattress seemed to have lost all support or structure. While very quiet overnight, this also meant that there was very little to do in the area. Dinner restaurants are very limited and the area seems overall a little unsafe late at night (some homelessness, some drunken behaviour etc)

It was so so nice wish I could’ve spent more time there and the check out time was 11 which was so so amazing and not too far from the city at all

Just the only thing was none of the apps on the smart TV was working and no dedicated parking and $30 a day wasn’t really mentioned but other then that it was perfect

High ceilings, artwork, proximity to public transport, range of neighouring restaurants

Beds are still too soft... But otherwise fine.

Good location, easy access, excellent to have plentiful onsite parking.

Please put more teabags and coffee pods in the rooms.

The sheets were smelly, we couldn’t sleep without spraying them with deodorant!!! We came back from a concert late and we would have driven home if we hadn’t had a drink !!It was over priced !

The pool would have been lovely had it been open. Rooms were large and clean.

My children found used needles at one of the tables by the pool. Extremely dangerous and disappointing. They were cleaned up by a security lady but no apology from the property. I would have said something but no one asked me how my stay was on check out.

Quiet place and cozy.

Pool and location were amazing, the room was very spacious, double sinks, loved it.

Sadly the noise from the next room was so loud, their shower and toilet kept us up at night and woke us in the morning as it was so lound. Wouldn't stay again sadly but everything else was great!

Great location, with plenty of food options nearby. I really appreciated having a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the in-room coffee machine was a nice bonus

The glass bathroom doors and old Venetian blinds feel a bit dated and take away from the overall studio vibe. Adding some modern sheer curtains would really enhance the space.
