Clean cheap nice staff.

Hot hot shower because I like it as hot as I can get it.Slept in very comfortable single bed with soft pillows even though I had a queen bed to put all my clothing on.Tea and coffee set up and kettle was there.A/C Carport for my hire car. Very happy. But most of all I love Ascot for its vibe and foodie restaurants and cafes. Also close to the 300 route bus service straight to the city and back again was fun.

Falcon television had no information on every channel so I could not watch the news or programmes.The decore was outdated and very tired. Carpet felt wet and sticky under foot .

It was filthy, mold on the mattress. Left accomodation straight away.

Bed bugs on sheets and pillows.Woke up covered in bites head to toe.Avoid at all costs

The linen was excellent, good location to the airport, good aircon.

The shower was dirty, pubic hairs around the shower base.

It is disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are bed bugs! The bathroom smells of urine. There was a dangerous broken chair in the room. The decor cushion is very dirty.

The owner was nice as, it was comfy. Would stay again in the future if I needed a place.

Disrespectful guests in the opposite rooms. Banging on the walls, screaming and yelling.. But the owner came out at 2 in the morning and told the lady that was screaming to leave, so I guess that was a plus.. something they can't help with if people act.

Bad

Walls are absolutely not soundproof, you can hear every neighbour. Somebody screaming loudly at 2am while looking for charger.Motel not for relax and rest:(

Literally nothing the place was absolutely filthy glasses were still dirty and cockroaches everywhere.

Staff were all living at the property drug drop offs and the rooms stunk of cigarettes

Friendly and helpful staff and in a good location close to CBD and shopping centres.

Broken toilet..light in bathroom didn't work..louvers In bathroom would not shut..floor not swept..

I didn't particularly like anything about it.

It was old and scrappy but the worst thing was some of the people staying there, I think it has become a half way house for some very undesirables.

Bad

There were cockroaches in the room, bathroom had mould, the room stank of bleach, paper thin walls.

It was not clean and people were yelling and mould on bedding

The floor were yuck

I never had breakfast location is good very homey stay

Heater didn’t seem to work

Car park space is right outside the door.

TV remote does not work for the TV even it indicates battery is working.

Book somewhere else!!!

Everything about this property was horrible. The room smelt like bleach but later realised that was to cover up the urine and animal smell. The property is literally a half way house for the crack heads of Brisbane with people coming and going at all hours! The room itself was riddled with cockroaches. The bathroom filthy and the attempted paint job looks like it was done by a small child. This place really needs to be rerouted to the health department and certainly shouldn’t be operating as a ‘motel’. I’ve stayed in nicer backpackers for $30 per night vs the $160 I paid for this dump!
