Very nice room. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

Room not cleaned.

Location was close to train station and all events were were attending.

Air-conditioning leaked in a few lifts. Pool not heated enough and no towels supplied at pool area and certainly not enough seats in pool area. Mould around bottom of shower door.

Room was great very clean wasnt a great view, pool and spa were great location for me for the tattoo was excellent

Pool towels! Having to use the towels from your bathroom just didn’t make sense.

$45 for overnight parking i thought was a bit expensive.

Great location, very central and close to all the amenities.

No food facilities in the property, my room was very dark and the view wasn’t nice.Also the noise from the main road was very loud.

No breakfast?. Location as I am aged with walking issues. Lifts were a wonder. So fast and quiet. Convenience and value rated high. Staff replenished readily anything I requested in small quantities. Rooms must be extremely soundproofed. I heard no noise from other guests. Spacious apartments.

The pool . Ugh. Loved the spa but only visited once. The stench of Chlorine in a confined area was overwhelming. The surrounds were extremely slippery.

Location was great. Loved the apartment 2 bedroom Great view. Was very comfortable and great to have washing machine

Only downside was when we checked in at 3 and room wasn’t ready so had to wait a while

No bath, very noisy with construction going on all night no porter

The shampoo supplied was very small and there was no conditioner.

The aircon could of been a bit better in the bedroom and the exhaust fan in the bathroom could of been stronger. Both these things worked just could of been better.

Great location, close to Suncorp Stadium and Roma Street Train Station

The noise at night from the Cross Rail work at Roma Street Train Station, luckily it finished by 11pm each night.

Spa was in poor condition and not clean. It was also cold

Room was lovely.

Being on the second floor so didn't have a nice view and it was quite noisy.

Spacious room and comfy bed.

I couldn't find a bathrobe in our room. No slippers or complimentary items. You have to ring reception for them. It should be all included, whether the guest needs it or not.

A little pricey

Very spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment, comfortable stay, great location. Change room for after check out hours is absolutely great. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Many thanks!
