This booking was made for my elderly parents. The feedback from them made me feel at ease with my hotel choice: Staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. Rooms were clean and tidy. Meals (brekky and dinner) lovely. Location- excellent.

Double shower heads, room was clean and tidy.

Bathroom seemed a bit outdated compared to the rest of the room.

The hotel is not far from the airport,and they provide a free shuttle back to airport.The couple who run the hotel are just lovely and you feel like a person not a number.The staff were great too. They make a great Mocha in the restaurant!Room was larger than expected, clean and comfortable. Good bed and aircon

We were given a very warm welcome at reception. Staff were obliging and extremely courteous. The breakfasts were excellent. The best pancakes I have had.

I chose this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle, what they failed to state was that it only starts at 7. Too bad if your flight is at 6.30!

Staff went above and beyond. Complimentary cookies, a cafe on site and nice decor.

Spacious, tidy family room. Generous availability of toiletries in bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. The provision of cold bottled water was a very nice touch, especially on such a hot day. Great coffee available for purchase in the foyer.
