The location was great

The apartment was nice and well-equipped with a full kitchen and laundry which came in very handy. The free undercover parking was a big plus. Short walk to the city center but there are buses everywhere so it was easy to get around.

Internet only worked in the bedroom as it seemed to be hosted in the apartment next door. Some dishes hadn't been properly cleaned.

Spacious apartment, good location, and free parking is great. Staff are generally nice. Have stayed before and have had great experiences in other apartments within the building, unfortunately not this time.

Apartment 905 felt very dirty, living room lounges dated with poorly fitting covers and mismatched furniture throughout, mold growing in both showers, shower floors in desperate need of a deep clean, ensuite toilet constantly leaked, the spa in pool area was cold and didn't work for our stay (disappointing in winter), broken glass found beside the pool.Bond is still being held as pending 2 weeks after check out, very slow to return.

location and nearby shopping and restaurants, ease of access to all roads that I needed to travel.Ample sized rooms and with all essential furnishings and equipment to feel and function as at home.

The location was close to the central train station and the Queens St Shopping Area. Best view give we were on the 12th Floor.

One roon with two single beds does not have aircon.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking, decor very dated and worn out.

The location and size of the apartment was great. The room could have been a little cleaner. A few minor things would have made the stay fantastic: basic kitchen salt/pepper/oil/dish soap/dishwasher tablets and a small amount of milk for the first morning. Some spare bedding, there was not even a spare blanket. Face washers. And some tissues.

The parking was good with luggage trolleys in the car park at the lifts.The two bed apartment was very spacious with a large balcony and comfortable couches.

There was a lot black mould over the air conditioning outlet that we climbed on a chair to scrub off with dish soap and cloths. There was food and dirt between the cushions of both couches that had been there a very long time. The toilet seat was broken at the hinge with sharp protruding plastic. The light switch plastic was cracked. Under the couch and coffee table were also not clean with beer bottle tops and scraps of fabric and dust present.We were a group of four and needed to ask for more pillows, bath towels and hand towels as there was only one pillow and one towel per person and one handtowel per couple. There was only one small shampoo and conditioner per bathroom for a two night stay. Similarly we needed to ask for more glassware as there were only three glasses for four of us.The old fashioned air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and as mentioned previously in need of a thorough clean and service.

The location

Dirty dishes, very low shower pressure, air con leaked onto carpet in bedroom and overall needed a good clean of apartment.

The location was supreme. Close to everywhere I needed to go & to a lot of amenities.

It’s very outdated. A little renovations & updated decor would go a long way. Aircon systems need upgrading.

Receptionist was nice and helpful .

Property was not that much clean . Everywhere was dust. And also the toilet sink was little block because tapWater was not draining fast enough

Amazing apartment. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 115 m². All you need is there. Located just 500 m away from the City Center of Brisbane.

Reception is open just for a few hours a day. However, if you arrive later, there is a safe deposit box where you can collect keys.

The apartment was awesome, larger than expected, great view from the balcony and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great tips for getting around and exploring the city.
