The location is awesome! The room setting/furnishing was very modernized.

The room was a bit small but it was acceptable.

Bed was large and very comfortable. Shower was excellent and very powerful.

Housekeeping was dreadful. We put the tag on the door for the bed to be made and room tidied at 8.30 am and it was finally done at 5.00pm after three phone calls and talking to a member of the housekeeping team!!! The room was expensive and the least they can do is make my bed!!! The cups for tea and coffee are tiny.I had a $15 charge on my invoice for alcohol from the mini bar that I did not have. This was readily refunded so I wonder if this is added often to see if it is noticed!

Clean, modern, comfortable.

Very irritated we had to pay for parking attached to the hotel with no mention of this on the booking website, nor mentioned by reception when we spoke with them about it.

Central location, walking distance to key places. Large, modern room. Clean and well equipped.

Pool is in sister hotel at the back, so something of a trek to get there.

The location is definitely a great thing, as is so close to everything.

I didn’t like the fact that the pictures “selling” the room were quite deciveing. We thought we were getting a Suite, with a spacious living area separated from the bedroom. However we got a very tiny room, with a even smaller living room, there was not enough space for baggage or anything elsewhere and the “separation between bedroom and living room, was just a tv cabinet. Overall really tiny room.

Excellent service and facilities and close to the centre. Quiet location.

The hotel was located in the Law district and only a short walk to local attractions and Queen St Mall. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Foxy (front desk) was helpful and friendly. The room wasn't overly sound proof, but the climate control was good.

The pool is located at the sister property and Indigo indicates the pool closes at 10pm. The sister property changed the closing time to 9pm.

Parking little tricky as you have to get a code from front desk then drive to another block to park. Also swimming pool has to walk to Voco which is another building. Not much signs when across to Voco’d swimming pool.

They have not refunded the extra amount they hold on your card and are trying to charge me a second time for parking. I called and spoke to someone who never got back to me and also emailed with no response.

Very comfortable stay, great location and awesome breakfast.

Excellent location and facilities

The TV in our room did not work. Daniel was excellent in trying to resolve it but there was no specialist maintenance. We were offered a room change which we declined as we were only staying 3 nights

Tiny room, not clean, bathroom not private

Last minute booking after cancelled flight late at night and really pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, lots of amenities, really friendly staff. Didn’t have time to check out the food unfortunately.

Excellent funky vibe. Comfortable bed. Good to have a bar on-site.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Had issues Chromecasting to TV which couldn't be resolved by staff.

Location close to city center, the room was big and clean, the restaurant was very tasty
