Inn on The Park Apartments

It was spacious, clean, and well located. Reception was friendly and our unit overlooked the river and skyline. It was near the City CAT and a lovely mall all within a few minutes walk. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very nice river view, close access to the public transport such as bus stop and ferry terminal, easy check-in, full kitchen equipment, aircon with heater.

Great location and the apartment was complete with washing machine and all crockery etc. Even a small BBQ on the balcony. Ideal for a family of 4 to explore Brisbane.

Location and room size

Water pressure in the shower and air conditioning in the bedroom would have been more comfortable than a ceiling fan.

very helpful reception staff, great on site parking, very good size room, comfortable bed, clean and with a view - this made for a lovely stay, easy walk to pubs and eateries

the shower over bath could possibly be a challenge at to step out is quite a high step - didn't worry me as i am tall

Lovely positioned apartment. Great river and city views. Short walk to ferry terminal.

Convient location. Close to public transport and walking distance to Toowong Shopping Center. Liked the security of needing the tag to use lift.

Could do with a bit of an upgrade. ...starting to look a bit out dated.

Screwed n robbed

The room was tired n sterile...appalling!!!...the staff were unhelpful n obstructive when I tried to get my 3 nights refunded (booking was 4 nights)...these operators are thieves...n booking.com are no better either...as a result they robbed me...have been charged $800+ for one night of accommodation...disgraceful n shameless...avoid this property...find alternative accommodation!!!

The property is in a very good location; easy to access, with beautiful scenery, including River Brisbane just a few meters away. There is a 6-storey shopping mall (Towong Village) less than one km away. Secured undercover parking at no extra costs.

Inadequate supply of toiletries and towels at the beginning. The hotel supplies on request but there ought to be better supplies for a one week stay. Guests could wash and re-use their towels as we did. Each apartment has a washing machine and a dryer.

The location was good, 10 minutes walk to Toowong shopping centre where there are 2 supermarkets. Ferry terminal across from the apartment.

There were no dish strainers in the kitchen and the cooking hob was not working.

Location was great and unit was nice and clean. Pots and pans were not dated.

Had a Rice cooker but that needs a new replacement. Mattress were too soft.

The location is ideal for the our purpose of visit.

The cleanliness was below the usual standard compared to our previous visits. There was no toilet paper available apart from the extremely limited supply on the dispenser provided.

Reasonably quiet. Good location to the event we were attending.

Furniture was not very comfortable; ( the beds and the couch) it was very budget compared to another unit we stayed there last time. Not very clean as well. Oil was caked around the cook top controls. This unit could do with a refurbishment to todays standards.

There was a really bad drain smell the benches look like they’ve been wiped down with a dirty cloth.The Appartment smelt like smoke and that fatty food smell from an unclean oven. Overall, it was quite dirty. And the TV didn’t work.

Beautiful views of the river and decent size accommodation.

It is a bit of a walk to shops and train station

The location of the property was great! Great view of the river and we loved that it had a private pool ?

Couch in the living area needs replaced, very hard to get comfortable on.

Convenient to the hospital where I had a procedure. Good facilities for convalescence. Laundry and large shower were a great help under the circumstances.

Getting in was a hassle. They send you one of those on line check ins, where you do the data entry instead of someone who knows the vagaries of the program. I filled it in OK. I was ill, which didn't help. The email with the code did not arrive (yes I checked my junk mail). There is a number for the manager on the door, which we entered and after a while the call was answered. The lady tried to give me the code but the speaker distorted her high voice and I could not understand her. Ultimately a gentleman came on line and I was able to understand him and get in. They phoned me soon after to make sure all was well. They were let down by two bits of technology that didn't work, and I know it wasn't their fault, but the technology is useless if it doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
