Brisbane Marriott Hotel

the underover pool is a wonderful faciity . The weekend was raining and windy and we could stilenjoythe spa and pool. we had a lovely view of the river. The valet parking in the building is a great feature many Brisbane hotels do not have.

The vanity in the bathroom did not have much space for putting on cosmetics. The lighting is lovely however it lacks someawhat for applying cosmetics

Great location. Closer to all shopping centres and story Bridge. Comfy beds. Great atmosphere and great staff

Parking on site was a bit of a hassle with how it was located.

We loved everything — the comfortable and clean room, great facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym), amazing buffet breakfast, executive lounge access, and above all, the friendly and helpful staff, who pleasantly surprised us with bubbly and a cake for our anniversary.

Staff are amazing and good location. They are very helpful.

We were so grateful that we have the high floor and good view 28th floor, but the noise from aircon or I don’t know where is coming from is horrible. Can’t sleep because of the noise.

Quite understaffed and those on were clearly inexperienced but were definitely trying their best. Also not being able to get a cocktail sent to the room after 10pm seems a bit inconvenient I know that seems petty but for the high prices paid it wasn’t much to ask I do t think

No parking included in your cost. Tv in room didn’t work. Customer service was very slow to get to us and most of the time we ended up getting things ourself because staff would take too long. Staff were not very informative

Everything from the friendly greetings from staff, to porter help to the smell of reception and welcome gifts to celebrate the new year made us feel like VIP's. The hotel is always clean and the amenities on par with the best hotels in the world. That's why we keep coming back.

There is nothing not to like.

We were upgraded to a bridge view room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The pool was lovely with an excellent outlook.

The only little issue was the bath plug didn’t work so we couldn’t fill the bath

The breakfast buffet is not so awesome. The thing you really want at breakfast is a great coffee. The coffee was not up to 7/11 standard. The instant coffee in the hotel room was far more rewarding. It is also poorly set out with the need to open fridge doors to bang into unsuspecting strangers while you are trying to get some peaches. It was ok but expensive for an ok experience. Plenty of options close by that would be better quality and value. Honestly if McDonald’s was across the road you would order breakfast there and be much more satisfied. That is a shame because otherwise everything else was first class.

No balcony on the room. Advertised as city view with picture of story bridge when it was looking into apartment blocks opposite. Not soundproof. Just really lacked any wow factor. Weak shower.
