Spacious, excellent view, good kitchen facilities.

Stayed at Portside for one night, was in a good location had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

Very easy to find, check in process is smooth and clear, located amongst plenty of shops and eateries. Close to airport and cruise terminal

Our room had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke which was a little off putting.

The car park i had was very hard to get in and out of. But it was great knowing I had a dedicated car park and didn't need to think about or hunt for parking each day. The room was amazing. Location worked for us to.

It took quite awhile to find the reception window. We went round and round for ages. Eventually found it. Then was a mission finding where rhe car park entrance was. There were instructions in the room about what to do with rubbish. But we couldn't find the rubbish chute anywhere.

The location is excellent - easy to find and walking distance to restaurants and other shops. The balcony was a good size. Ceiling fans and aircon made the room comfortable. Communication was perfect, as we were checking in after hours information on how to access was very clear. Roughly 15-20mins in an Uber from the airport. And the same again to the Cruise Terminal if you happen to be catching a cruise. I look forward to staying again on my next visit to the area

Excellent location, close to restaurants. Very clean and kitchen is well equipped.

The aircon unit is in the living room and there’s none in the bedroom. You have to open the door to let the cool air in. But only a minor inconvenience

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A short walk to the nearest ferry terminal.

Poor cleanliness, dirty marks on doors and walls. One bath towel each for a 4-night stay and only weekly room service - which didn't happen during our stay! Reception was only manned for limited periods, so asking for anything additional like clean towels or dishwasher tablets was almost impossible. The lighting was poor, and especially disappointing in the bathroom when trying to do make-up. The bathroom fan was super loud and automatically came on with the main light switch which was even more annoying. There was only one pillow each on the bed and although we found one more each in the cupboard, they were thin and disappointing. The 'free' items like tea and coffee were very basic and dishwasher tablets and soap powder were extremely limited - only two of each. This would have been ok if we were only there for one or two nights, but not for a 4-night stay and no room service. When we managed to speak to management about the trip hazard going from the hallway to the bathroom, we were told there wasn't anything they could do as the apartments are all privately owned. They politely left us a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates to compensate, as well as offering a 10% discount if we chose to rebook for our next stay directly with them. On checking the prices, it was 100's of $'s more to book direct than go through booking.com - I've just cancelled my bookings with them for our next two trips and chosen alternative accommodation instead :-(

Excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable . Main Shower was awesome and a beautiful deep long bathtub.

no spare towels, one towel per person regardless of how many nights is simply not enough.

Communication was a bit hit and miss. I booked three rooms and only two of us got instructions to get into our rooms after hours

The bedroom air con has a very very bright led screen and at night it was extremely bright in the bedroom.

Unfortunately it rained and the noise was unbelievable on the roof in front of the unit. Then the downpipe dripping was crazy loud. It eventually stopped.

Location was excellent in relation to shops, city cats, walking paths, parking all greatPlenty of places to eat great varierty.

Room should contain a water jug but all other items were great for a short stay like we had.
