that the bathroom shower had black mould, the window sills had a combination of soap and dust in the window tracks and that the window needed cleaning.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds

Noisy with ambulance and fire station around the corner. Room service poor Cleanliness mediocre.

The view was nice, the skyline of the city was very pretty.

The tiles had a burn mark, the bathroom wouldn't shut properly, the kitchen bench had chips missing from it and a crack in the hand basen.

The views and convenience of other places was nice.

The bathroom and kitchen specifically had a cockroach infestation. They were present in every drawer and cupboards. I had to sleep with the lights on to keep them at bay.

View, great view of the river and we appreciated the early check in.

Didn't think the room rate and paid parking fee was value for money, many other places in Brissy at this price point includes breakfast and have better facilities.

Convenient to airport train, walk to nearby sights.

The only thing was the soap dispenser was a little high for my aging mum who is shorter than average.

The river view was amazing. I had requested for a higher floor room with a river view and was given a room on the 21st floor which I really appreciated.

Didn't really bother me too much but I did see about three tiny cockroaches in the apartment.

The floor we were on stinks - Level 17. Terrible smell.Dust on sprinklers. Dusty carpets/AC. Mould on shower and showerscreens. Door was all scratched up. The whole hotel in general looks run down.

Great river view and comfortable well appointed room.

Let down was the noise which resulted from the ventilated window in the bathroom. Even with the bathroom door closed the noise from the non stop sirens was an issue. This hotel is just around the corner from the main Brisbane CBD fire and ambulance station to sirens ran many times during the night. On site parking is limited to 1.9mtrs in height so many large SUV's will have to park in an offsite area

Early check-in on arrival, Park Regis staff was polite, friendly and helpfulRoom was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable, we liked the views overlooking the Brisbane River, Coronation Drive & the CityWe also liked it was walkable everywhere & location to the Roma Street train station & public transport nearby

Construction nextdoor, cockroaches in the kitchen & in the foyer on the lift, 1x dining chair needed replacing the upholstery was peeling & flaking all over, the bathroom door need TLC it could not be closed it was jamming needed adjustment

Location was slightly out of town and we felt a little on edge walking back at night.

Very comfortable and clean. Great views and great location Excellent value. Could have longer reception hrs. But overall a great stay.
