Simple and helpful

Location was key for us. Very friendly staff at reception desk and very helpful.

For us the no smoking on the deck but wasn’t a major concern.

The location, the pool is nice. The receptionist was lovely and tried to be helpful.

The rooms are small, not clean, aircon didn't work properly, the spa around the pool area was broken, and the bed was so uncomfortable.

Well appointed in terms of supplies of kitchenware, and everything was in working order. Washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave. The apartment was clean with good quality clean sheets and towels provided. The studio had an enclosed balcony that provided another sitting area and a good place to dry clothes. Staff were approachable and followed up on concerns. The grounds had beautiful gardens, and the pool in warmer weather would be wonderful I am sure. The apartments are in a wonderful location on the river. The studio was remarkably quiet and well insulated.

The after hours check in process was ridiculous. Phoning through to a third party, and being asked to provide ID when I had already emailed this, and then my credit card number, (after paying up front) - all with a man nearby also wanting to check in. Then being asked to visit reception in the morning, whereupon my ID was copied yet again (that's 3 records of it given out for this one booking!) I think I now know why the apartment was cheaper than similar accommodation at Kangaroo Point and the CBD. The city view that I thought that I would be getting was mostly a view into other apartments, but the website does mention that fees are related to views! The paintwork on the kitchen cupboards and desk was badly chipped, and the cupboards in the bathroom water damaged. The shower head although adjustable, produced sharp spikes going in all directions, or a stream of water from the middle. It was difficult to control the water temperature, which became super hot. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room warm, even when set at 24 degrees.

The apartments are in a terrific location - at Kanagaroo Point, so easy to access lots of places. We were up on the 10th floor and had a great view. The apartment had a lovely big balcony and everything inside was well set up - dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron (although strangely no ironing board).

It was actually quite noisy - even with the doors closed. Also, the apartment is a bit tired - the carpet needs re-stretching and many of the cupboards were chipped and didn't close properly.

Great views from the high-level apartment. Overall good value for $$. Great location near the walking path around Kangaroo Point.

The location and closeness to the river and city is great.

The rooms are very dated. Old and worn furniture, needs painting and the kitchen and bathroom fixtures need updating. Very tired property.

needs a reno of kitchen and bathrooms or at least a very deep clean. no aircon in 2 bedrooms.

The filth, the mould, the lack of toilet paper, a garbage bag or any other everyday items.The toilets stink.

Great location and view, large apartment and comfortable bed. Unfortunately room was dirty. Think cleaners missed one bathroom. Somewhat dated.

The location was great to where I attended a wedding the main reason for my stay.

Unfortunately there were ants crawling around the apartment and I got bitten quite a few times on my torso and legs, they were obviously in the bed sheets. This was quite disappointing really.

This stay was amazing! Amazing view of the story bridge, room was nice big and spacious and the guy we dealt with was the best at reception! Overall best experience for our trip to Brisbane. Thank you

The room felt dirty, very old with carpet pulling up, doors flaking, walls very marked. Toilet not cleaned properly

Air con when we reported a problem with dripping water it was nt repaired.

Location, beautiful view, spacious areas

We couldn't gain access at the time we said we were coming and had to wait for a passerby to let us in to the lobby (even though I arrived when I said I was coming and checked it was ok as it was just before 10pm). We asked for parking and was told there was a charge, only to find our designated parking spot was taken by another car. We weren't charged for parking but you don't want to book a place that offers parking and then find you don't have it. The apartment is a bit tired 80s decor and looks worn.

Great location, nice view, swimming pool

We didn’t feel like it was clean in the room, especially the dishes.. but what was the worst is that they blocked 200 AUD on our card and didn’t want to release it until I said I’d report it to the police and that was after 2,5 weeks!

The view is exceptional however we paid the price : the building is entirely single-glazed and the road underneath the balcony is very loud, even with the windows closed. We slept very poorly during our stay.

Reception staff were very helpful in arranging an extra nights stay due to our disrupted travel plans / cyclone Alfred. Beds were really comfy. Apartment had everything we needed.
