Comfortable bed and clean. Close to where I needed to be.

Was very outdated and could do with a renovation.

Location was good for the reason I stayed. Very close to shops and my work.

The facilities were basic, although comfortable Not enough cutlery. Didn't really appreciate being right next to the laundry room, especially with laundry being started around 4am ( approximately) Other than that it was fine.The receptionist on arrival did not provide a welcoming greeting, basic, direct. However, not rude. After a very early start and Long day would have nice to be greeted with a warmer welcome.

Dirty room, rude staff cleaning rooms. Uncomfy bed. Needs a serious upgrade. Will not be back.

Shower was terrible, I had to stand in the shower for at least 12 minutes to wash myself off properly, and there no microwave in my room to warm up my meals

We have stayed here a few times and despite requesting a room that had access to wifi, again nothing. It is advertised as providing wifi - based on our experiences misleading

Close to Mt Ommaney shops, a bit expensive for price.

Highway noise, dated unit, bed needed a mattress topper, TV very small, stairs from car park to unit.

Rude staff. Refused to come back to clean our room. Reception reeked of cigarette smoke and receptionist disinterested. Terrible wifi connection. Definitely not a 4 star. More like 2.

Window unit Air Conditioning (heater) a bit noisy; would have been nice to have a small safe for valuables.

The night manager was very helpful, the reception lady was coldly efficient.

This property is incredibly degraded, from the outside presentation to the very worn and tired interiors and the volcano-like mattress. This property has seen better days in the distant past.

Darren was great despite me being delayed and checking in at 1am.Location was great being so close to a shopping mall.

Internet/Wi-fi wasn't accessible. Luckily I had smart devices to access streaming services to cast to the TV.

Entrance was nice and easy to foyer

The room was the executive. I think it should be priced and titled as a standard room to measure expectations. The room was dated. I couldn't open the glass door to the balcony and I wasn't sure how / if the main door locked properly. The 2nd lock catch was broken / not working. Everything that was needed for 1-night quick stay was available. A quick reno would make it work. The main light was dim and dated. The room is large. Bed was OK.

Good sized unit, close to shopping centre and easy drive into city and surrounding area, older building needing some maintenance

It's clean and very close two DFOs.

No microwave in the room

The cleanliness of the room was superb, room was serviced everyday with fresh towels etc. The location is fantastic, across the road from a shopping complex for convenience, close to the motorway again for convenience.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the room was serviced each day. Room was clean.

The fridge/freezer needs defrosting so you can actually use the freezer. The toilet seat needs adjusting as it moves.

It didn’t smell and was clean.

Very dated, old and worn. Mattresses felt old. Carpet was warped. Bolt on door was loose. We stayed here as we had a sporting event to attend locally. I’m glad we didn’t have to spend time in the apartment other than to sleep. It was clean but we won’t be back next year.
