Location good. Bus stop is handy. Breakfast was delivered on time and was adequate and satisfactory
Everything was okay
Location, cleanliness, service and price is what makes or breaks a property. For our needs, this location was perfect, room was clean and quiet, service was exceptional as we arrived after the office was closed so arrangements were made with no fuss. And the price was very reasonable for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed was good
There was no shower chair in the disabled shower so therefore I couldn't shower. The handle holds were unsafe.

Location.
The showers water pressure wasn't very good. The vacuum should have been taken out of the pool so people could swim in it. Bit expensive .
Breakfast bonus delivered night before. Real milk!! Location was fine. Expected it to be noisey being close to main road. But with doors and window closed was very quiet.
Bathroom very dated. Roof rusty so made it feel dirty, but it was clean.

The sewerage smell in the bathroom
Please note this is a MOTEL. Probably built in the 1970's/80's. Needs a refurb. We only booked 1 night. Is on Gympie Road, very busy if you leave the Aircon/Fan on and leave the windows shut noise is minimised. Close to a lot of eateries. We had a Dr's appointment so it served well in proximity. Clean and tidy and cost reflected age of Motel. Would we recommend?? Probably not for a family or a long stay. We upgraded to cooked breakfast - was EXCELLENT.

All the ratings are to do with the grass which was 500mm tall and to the south and west of motor inn.Obviously it hadn't been cut for weeks.If my dear mother was still alive, she would have been dead scared of snakes.Hope the mowing is doing by now.Even manager could have cut with whipper snipper.

Very shabby room, desperately needs renovating. Rusty roof in the bathroom and it looked like it was going to cave in. Pretty daggy.
You can walk to Aldi and Westfield from here, great restaurants across street.

Beds are firmer then we like but others would love the firmness

Need to spend some money on the rooms. Power points in the brick wall coming out when removing plugs. Rust around the ceiling of the shower, and mould over the ceiling.
