Book in is cumbersome , room number and entry code was not sent in advance , even after pre payment 2 days earlier as requested , booking was made well in advance , had to phone a number and repeat everything we had already done online , even then had to phone again 30 minutes later as code did not come through after 1 st call Room was not detailed or cleaned for all 3 nights , including bins , bedding or towels

I didn’t like anything. I had ticked I wanted wheelchair access. First up the parking is underground snd there are no lifts so I had to go up a steep driveway in my wheelchair only to find out my room was upstairs and again no lifts. I had sent a message when I booked to check I would have wheelchair access no answer. Once there I tried calling no answer. No one on the desk.

No lifts. False advertising about having wheelchair access not able to contact anyone. Even now 2 days later I have not heard from anyone.

Disingenuous, Passive Aggressive Staff. I have left an appropriate review for this Motel on Google and the response from management, to say the least, is wilfully dishonest. To be clear we had to pay TWICE for a 3 star room, due to their unreasonable business practice, and management refused a refund for one of the payments. You have been warned. Avoid at all costs.Edit 12-2-26: The response from the woman running this Motel is even more proof of how incredibly underhanded she is. Let me be clear. Their "contactless check in" is not clear in their fine print and involves giving over your digital ID. I did not want to check using this process, I politely informed her, of this, in person and asked if she could just take a photocopy of my ID. NO COMPROMISE from boss lady. Pivoting again, to make this work, I told her my partner was happy to engage in this process with HIS ID, that meant paying for the room AGAIN, as I had pre paid. So she is aware, at this point, we are paying for the room again.Once settled, I applied for a refund via this app. SHE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, END OF STORY.Actually, not end of story, I won't go into it too much, but arriving in Brisbane on a blistering day, while waiting for their amazing contactless check in process to spit out a code for entry, I was dispatched to a room that clearly had an air conditioner, she refused to turn it on for me, going so far as to deny the existence of an air conditioner. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated, yes there was a bar fridge, that was not operating. Honestly, I'm hard pushed to think of a worse experience. The lying and gaslighting while making excuses Instead of covering yourself, with lies, why don't you refund my money?

Really lovely location surrounded by many restaurants and cafes and very close to the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area, highly recommend

The property for the most part was clean and useable. It was for only one night so it was ok

One of the rooms stank like raw sewerage. The restaurant was a joke it is a kiosk and not a very good one at that. The photos are misleading and it is definitely not serviced apartments. It was at best somewhat comfortable. When contact was made about the stench the people in there were not offered another room and had to put up with that all night. Very poor quality expected better!!

Room was quite small I didn't think it was $200 a night. There was staining on the bed linen

Remote check-in procedures are not good. The communication system relies on an Aussie phone. If you are an international traveller it doesn’t work!!

I had to have a medical procedure at Prince Charles Hospital. I chose Pegasus to be away from noise and have a good night's sleep in a cool environment I had a nice meal at the restaurant and went back to the room hoping to sleep.

The outer door code didn't work. The inner door code took 4 attempts before I gained entry to my room.I noticed the room seemed unusually warm even though the air conditioning was set on 25 degrees c.. I reduced the control in stages all the way down to 16 and it had no effect on the temperature. I was actually perspiring in the room. I had to go through the procedure at the Hospital having had no sleep. The system of having no reception at the motel is a failure.One bedside light was broken and 2 other lights did not work.I phoned Pegasus the next day and they refused to give a refund or any compensation.The stay was a complete disaster.

Close to Brisbane river, airport, train station close by ( but may not run on Sundays) underground parking

Rooms located on the Nudgee road side are noisy

Everything about the place is easy.

You need to advise guests if you are in an upstairs room. Carrying a 30 kg bag up the steep stairs was not fun.

Good size rooms with kitchen facilities along with laundry. This was a proper unit/apartment. Clean, tidy and well presented along with an undercover secure parking.

Dinner at the facility was OK. It's convenient lets say.

Inconsiderate management by staff after long hours of trip overnight on a plane.

Management argues with customers. Bunch of keyboard warriors. Bunch of incompetent human run by people over the phone. No human within the actual site. Therefore, they all just read from paper over the phone and argues with customers. Welll done. Obviously they can keel that $200 tip.

Bed was a bit hardAir and traffic noise even though it was supposed to be sound proofed.Quite a bit of light entered the room

The room was quiet and clean. The location of hotel was great walking distance to the shops and river and close to airport.

I found the check in process difficult because I didn't book with the hotel directly I found the double up of information and ID and card details confusing as I assumed the one booking was complete but the check in process was with the hotel not the booking agent. However in saying that the numbers I had to ring were answered promptly and the personnel were very helpful.
