Great location, nice people

Brand new amenities. Secluded to the side. AWESOME friendly staff. Cheap uber ride from Roma Street station and tooCruise Terminal Pinkenba or Airports

That we had to wake up early for our cruise. Very comfy bed and silent room for sleeping.

The bed was comfy and the shower hot, my room had everything I needed for one night

No towel racks in the bathroom The room I had was fine for one person but I think two people would be cramped

It was a great price and close to the shops

Our room wasnt cleaned properly as the bin was full of rubbish and there was a half eaten burger in microwave...everything else was clean

It was very filthy. Carpet was sticky and gross, inside the room looked like someone had let loose with a hammer. Would never stay there again

The room smelled really bad, the microwave stank like a dead fish and when we used it to microwave some food there was a bug crawling around on the inside of the glass display screen. The motel clearly was just purchased by a new owner because renovations were occurring whilst we were there which was loud.

I did not stay there. I arrived outside reception and I saw numerous clothes dryers with clothes on them, young children running around and someone doing car repairs at the far end. It looked like a refugee or halfway house and the persona was not what you would expect of a decent motel. I did not book in and probably forfeited my money

Bed was comfortable

Aircon didn’t work and there is no staff on site to see about it. Even with check in staff just leave the room unlocked keys inside. Drains smell and need cleaning and a hot weekend with no aircon.

Nice enough motel. Not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Room was a little bit tired but I think the owner is in the process of improving them.

We only stayed a few hours (as planned) ahead of midnight flight home. But beds were very clean and comfortable for a snooze, bathroom was as new and very clean, air con looked like new unit and worked well. For this price and location it served our purpose perfectly well. Obviously there is some refurbishment in progress but can't complain about that, better than not being done!

Nothing really that concerned us, door lock was a bit random but worked well, and three arguments were heard from adjacent rooms, post Christmas stress I guess!

Driilling works at 7.20 in the morning. Was out late at a concert so a sleep on would have been nice.

Musky smell in room and annoying flies x2 I in room when I arrived and couldn't disperse during. my stay..

Nothing like displayed online. Skip bins directly in front of my motel door and people jumping into bins throughout day and night. Very unhygienic and didn’t feel safe or comfortable.

Good location and surprisingly quiet, reception staff pleasant, room partially renovated - brand new bathroom (lovely), room smelt clean and fresh, bed comfy and air con good

Being woken up early on Sunday (around 7:00am) with tradespeople working on the room next door, drilling, banging, clanging. The motel did not appear fully booked so I was quite annoyed that they were working on the room beside ours when obviously our room was occupied. This resulted in us checking out and leaving early.

Value for money. Everything was new and clean.

The room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable. I had an upstairs room, so lugging my suitcase up the stairs was difficult for an older person. The bathroom had a toilet and shower, but the basin was in the room itself.

Very well cleaned. Freshly washed doonas. Brand new bathroom.

Driveway. And our car was parked on a slant with a dangerous drop-off on passenger side for old people.

Looks like the bathroom had been recently renovated, however shower leaked onto the floor.

Door wouldn't close properly. Cockroaches in the room. Room wasn't serviced daily. One powerpoint had no cover on it. No powerpoints next to the bed to charge your phone. Pillows were very flat. Room was in dire need of maintenance. Shower recess leaked onto the bathroom floor.
