The kitchen is nice, included all you need per se. Bedroom is big enough for us. Very quiet.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wifi signal is very weak. The office opening hour is too short. The bath towel doesn’t get replaced every day and it doesn’t look very clean.

Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. Grounds are spotless. We visited in December and the air-con in kitchen was sufficient to keep the bedrooms cool enough for us. (We were happy to leave bedroom door slightly open to allow circulation). Pool was super clean. The park and ride bus stop is within easy walking distance and 50cent fare to everywhere was fantastic. Not many facilities in the immediate area.

I like the facilities and what they have to offer also love the location.

They should offer pool/swimming towels as they only have shower towels also update bedding linen the blankets are outdated and old rough

Convenience to public transport , enough activities for lids and spacious cabin.

The ducted air vent in the hallway needed cleaning and it would be great to have a shade sail for the car space . (Sun and hail deterrent)

The place was really clean. It smelt good. I've been to a few holiday parks and this was hands down had the best with service and cleanliness being at the top. Facilities arr good had what we needed and was in the middle of everything.

The room was hot during the night as the aircon didn’t reach the bedroom even with the door open & there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom

The pool and pool area were big and allowed for a few groups, staff were helpful so our 3 villas could be next to each other. Very quiet park even though near highway.

There was no breakfast that i knew about, but the whole complex was very accommodating, and the pool was what i wanted especially for the hot weather

loved the place.

Proximity to a main bus station was fantastic. Pool was lovely. Villa met all our requirements. Easy late check in by calling up first and paying the refundable bond over the phone.

I was cold so I pulled the blanket out of cupboard and it was filthy

The location was very convenient to where we needed to be during our stay. My fussy teenage son surprised me when he commented how clean and tidy the grounds were when we used the laundry facilities. It was actually nice to stay in a free standing property instead of in a unit tower. Lots of other guests walking to eat out or pick up takeaway pizzas. We drove from the GC so we were able to bring our own food. The cabin was very comfortable and I felt very safe staying with my children.

The kitchen light worked our first night but not the rest of our stay. Because of the open plan it wasn't too bad as there was light from the lounge area. We would leave early and arrive back late so didn't have an opportunity to notify the office.

It was a nice quiet place to stay with the family

Location was fantastic and child friendly.

I was unable to get into the recreation room as my pin was not working and it would have been nice with a couple of extra blankets.

- It was close to public transport which was helpful.- Outside facilities i.e Gardens were nice.- Heatlamp and fans in bathroom were good.- Check in staff were extremely nice.

- Bunk beds were in the kitchen- It smelt of old oil- The fans in the kitchen were extremely dirty with built up oil, dust and other kitchen debris.- There was rubbish stuffed into the frame of the bunkers i.e chip and lolly packets.- Not enough bedding and the blankets were dirty.- Wifi didn't work.- Didn't get access code to the games room although from what I could tell it only had a table tennis table.- No pool towels were available or given to us.
