    Pros +

    • On arrival there was no one at desk it took 5mins before the staff member male with long straggly hair who was really unattentive on booking in I realized I had booked wrong dates and the no cancellation without loosing full amount I asked for manager as he could not assist The manager was helpfull and advice was to ring booking.com are you aware its hard to find your number We got that fixed This hotel is old tired rooms are tiny A full fluro light is fixed sideways to the wall right alongside bed You feel like your on a bill board sign thats lit up The block out blind is ok but leaves a gap of light at bottom The airconditioner is loud and rattly but efficient Some sidelights for reading a book and a ceiling fan would help Basic one bottle of shower wash that you can use as shampoo & conditioner ???No flannel ???to put soap onto Rats all through the car park
    • Very poor, vending machine only
    • Very poor

    Cons -

    • See above basically I think jail accomodation is better
    • Cleaner, better staff
    • This is one of the worst facilities I have stayed in, the rooms are small, messy, I don't even want to talk about the bathroom. If you are a light sleeper, forget about sleeping, the rooms facing the main road are quite noisy. The pictures that have been uploaded do not correspond to the real condition.

    Clean, tidy, running water

My first impression was No access from the car park to the front door so I had to walk along the driveway entrance from the car park past the Landry and smoker. The guy at the front desk was dressed as a gamer or uni student. There were leaves from the outside all over the entrance . The noise of guests in the hall way throughout the night made it hard to sleep, The noise of the small fridge in the room. Was louder than the guests , No iron, no hairdryer. I expected budget but also expected more for the amount I paid that one night . The bathroom felt like caravan park toilet. It felt worse that a backpackers.

Location to airport and off street parking.

Very very dated. Needs a repaint. Bed comfort ordinary.

    1CassiePosted on: 2-19-2026

    Not much

Absolutely filthy. Staff were nice though. Yelling and banging through the night. Everything smelt like the men's bathroom at a brothel. Shower curtains Orange and disgusting.Poor access to DFO Go to Novatel or what ever it is near the DFO. Basically same price with a much better location an overall looks cleaner.

    The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning was way to noisy to use. Rattled very loudly

    Location was terrible

I didn’t eat breakfast as I went into the kitchen to put a used fork in the sink & the scourer & dish cloth was filthy so I didn’t feel I could eat there

    Close to the airport

Small and dated rooms. Over priced for the level of quality

    Wouldn’t stay there again

    Terrible positionTiny roomUnkempt hotelNo lift

Cheap and easy to check in, no ID verification needed

Seems like an old backpackers turned into an old age home

    1PhillipPosted on: 2-17-2026

    Never stay there again

Very small ,room and bathroom were tiny also very expensive it was $255 for 1 night

    5TriptaPosted on: 2-17-2026

    Terrible stay and bathroom almost...

Dated building and very poor quality rooms with bathrooms which are about 50 years old

    6YvonnePosted on: 2-17-2026

It was ok for an overnight stay close to the airport

The room was very compact and could have been a bit cleaner, there were no towels - we had to get them later. The reception person was not very forthcoming with information. When we asked about food we were told we’d have to order in, he did not tell us they have vending machines and microwave for use - we discovered this later. We used google maps to locate a coffee place and walked 15 minutes in the drizzle to get food.

    Passable

Too noisy. Cleaner banging and crashing stuff in the hallway on arrival at our room and continued for 1/2hr or so. After coming home from our night out. Loud singing and music coming from room down the hallway. Banging noises from rooms again somewhere down hallway at 3am in the morning. Not happy at all

Great place for staying before flying out of Brisbane. We chose it because if was on 14 February, when all hotels were booked by aroused couples. The hotel is on an industrial estate and far away from restaurants and shops.

The facilities are bare bones, and shouting folks in the corridor created a sinister atmosphere.

    7LewisPosted on: 2-15-2026

Great location for early morning access to the airport. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Can purchase a few supplies in the lobby.

Rooms are small, decor minimalist. If you just want a room for the night somewhere close to the airport it’s ok.

    7LarenePosted on: 2-15-2026

    Comfortable bed clean room.

Price was a little over the top for a budget. Especially when I just come from a 4.5 Star, it was only $300 a night.

    8KenPosted on: 2-15-2026

Cleanliness was very good , staff were friendly, location was good for us, enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Room was small, obviously being close to the Brisbane Airport its mainly a one night stay, not for longer periods. bit expensive, that could be the handy location, otherwise our stay was good

    5EribaPosted on: 2-15-2026

There is NO storage roomAsk the staff if we could leave our extra luggage in the receptionist area but the respond is the safety of the luggages are not guaranteed so we have to bring all the luggages into our room which is on the 3rd floor

    No response on enquire messages
