It was spacious for two people.

The ambulance sirens going off so many times. We closed all the windows but it still disturbed our sleep.

Room was not cleaned properly found underwear under bed, dust an mould in places

It was a convenient property to accommodate our group of over 30 people.

5 of our guests had bed bugs.Some air-cons didn't work.There was a mix up with one of our guests keys after hours, he couldn't access his room and we had to find him alternate accommodation at 1100pm. The hotel didn't offer a refund so we paid for a room that we couldn't use.

The carpets could do with a clean, they felt very dirty to walk on. The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils, bowls etc and a bit more linen would be nice. Only one towel per person provided and no face cloths, one tea towel

Need block out blinds as the sun was shining through at 5am so unable to sleep past 5am.I did not receive after hours access instructions as advised and had to call on arrival in Brisbane. Communication could be better.

My daughter and I went the Friday,s concert recently and this place was convenient for us and the staff were very helpful. Very nice place. ?

The location was great. The apartment was spacious. It was good having two bathrooms. The shower was powerful. Bedding fresh and clean. The beds were super comfortable.

The overall cleanliness wasn't great. Especially the kitchen. The cutlery and crockery had to be washed before use. Sticky benches, door handles, and fridge. The windows are dirty on the inside. Crumbs behind the sofa. It all just needs a deep clean, and it will be perfect.

Parking could of been better and drop off point.

It was basic but more than adequate for my stay. Value was good.

Bit musty and smelly . Corridors not cleaned . Otherwise all was as it should be.

The location of the property was fantastic for our event. We walked to the train station, coffee and breakfast cafe, parking underneath was easy.

The room walls were very dirty. There was no broom or vacuum in the room which after a week stay, very needed. Sirens from hospital across the road were constant and loud.

Conveniently located , great Vietnamese restaurant directly underneath, some off street parking available, spacious room with basic facilities.

Carpark has a lift that for my elderly mother was not an option for use & had to ask strangers to do it each time. The sirens are intense due to the location so door has to remain closed to balcony & you need to be aware if you are a light sleeper that they go at all hrs.

The size of the apartment and good condition of beds and bathrooms.

Wifi speed was very slow, Noise from work sites around the apartments frequent, sirens from ambulances all the time and the parking in the basement was a tedious process to say the least. The service done on the room did not include any kitchen counters or dishes which was surprising as well.

I liked the cleanliness of the place, how open it was.

I didnt like the car lift and the fact that to get a parking spot ypu have to pay for parking. while location was ideal being close to hospital, I dislike that it was on a busy road of traffic.

Great roomy apartment perfect for a stay to attend an AFL match at the Gabba. Expected it to be closer to Gabba from the Booking.com description. Car lift is an experience! Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

We needed parking for a second vehicle and the process to download the app to get public parking next to the apartment was complex, especially after a long drive. Detailed instructions for this would be helpful. Also need a sign in room to state you get wifi code when turning on tv - I later saw that this info was at the entrance of the lift, but I did not notice on my way to room and needed to call reception to find out how to do it.

Clean, comfortable, lots of room for the kids, great wifi and convenient location.

Very soft bed, poor maintenance- broken tiles in bathroom, dangerous with kids, damaged TV

The location was good

The unit was unclean. It smelled of mould, the blankets and sheets were stained. Rubbish left in bedside tables, laundry was dirty, washing machine broken, fridge/freezer dirty. The fans in bedrooms barely worked and no aircon in rooms.
