Chermside Court Motel

Location to hospital I went to for operation

Very old and dated, next door to motel bury their food scraps in the yard attracting crows,ibis birds scavaging the scraps, stray cats at night and not to mention the smell. Very noisy with traffic slowing down and speeding up for speed bump on the road.

Departing knowing I will never be going back.

This is going to be blunt and truthful. Horrendous excuse for a 3 1/2 star accomodation. Surely this place is self accessed? The absolute lack of maintenance is unbelievable. Is it a case of milk the hell out of the place for max profits?

All homeless people staying there plus when you are abused by them staff not there to handle it ring number does not answer

The helicopter that kept flying overhead was very loud but there's not much the hotel can do about that

Comfortable bed, close to shopping centre and friendly helpful staff.

This accommodation suited our needs completely. It’s super close to Westfield Chermside and minutes from where we needed to be in Kedron.The staff here are phenomenal, it’s like good old country hospitality in the city. They are genuinely lovely and engaging and went out of their way to show interest in our stay. It’s basic accommodation but exceptionally clean and affordable.

We could not fault our stay.

Loved staying here. Spotlessly clean, quiet, everything you needed. Great location and wonderful staff. Parking on-site was the only reason I didn't rate higher, but I'll be back for sure.

Location excellent but woke early for a flight and the shower was broken so was on struggle street to make the day be happy for me :(

There is no water pressure in the shower, yet there is good pressure in the basin and sink.Bathroom very small, sliding door easily stuck closed and needed partners help to get out.No shampoo or conditioner. No hand towels.Quite noisy, minimal off-street parking.It did feel more like a hostel, not a hotel.Nobody on site from 5.30pm

location was great and the reception staff was friendly

I think there was a long stay resident next door who kept walking past our door and smoking in the courtyard. I had to shut the door and pop on the air con which helped.

The room was spotless. It is well set up for older people with numerous aids for disabled guests, being very close to the hospital.

If you are just needing a bed for the night, this is perfect.. lacks items for a longer stay as a tourist, unless you are a patient of the hospital next door. Limited on site parking.. we had to park in the street.

Good location, friendly service and comfortable bed. I appreciated the soft towels and plenty of teabags.

Transferred to Central Apartments day before, terrible property, dirty, room like a box, not happy!

We were transferred to another property the day before checking in, sent to Chermside apartments, room was dirty, I have photos, room the size of a cupboard, dark and dingy, did not want to go to another property, we had our booking for over 3 months, how can we just be changed the day before. We will never stay anywhere near this place again, very unhappy.
