Less than 20 minutes from rental car drop off,, nice outdoor seating area
No table outside
I liked the fact that a staff member was responsive when I emailed and mentioned that there was snot in my room and likely faeces on the wall in the bathroom.I loved the TV room but sadly did not have time to sit and enjoy.I loved the spaciousness of the cabin. It was great having 3 rooms with two beds in each. The external shared laundry was useful however it would have been really helpful if there was a machine to swap notes for coinsThere were three air-conditioners which was a blessingThe verandah would have been great to sit on but again, there was not enough time. i should have booked another day!The bathroom was spacious - there was a toilet, shower recess and a washing machine which was very much appreciated. The dining room was spacious and the dining table accommodated my whole family for mealsThere was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. The fridge/freezer was a great size. The kitchen had everything required to cook. A meal fir my family. The grounds were lovely and a pleasure to walk around. I loved looking at all the different types aloft accomoa6as well as the vegetation. The flowers were beautiful. It was great that there was a clothes line outside my cabin however it poured for the duration of my visit. A clothes dryer would have been handy. Instead, I put the aiir conditiiners on a high heat to dry the clothes . This will have added to the electricity bill however there was no one in reception to help me out with change. The swimming pool was well maintained and clean. I particularly liked the separate smaller pool - perfect size for little kids.Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My children enjoyed the accomodation as did my mother. It was great having so much room to live in. My only suggestions are to be more thorough with cleaning, provide more than half a roll of toilet paper, offer fresh towels at least once during a guests stay, and greater accessibility to staff in reception.
I didnt like the dried snot on the wall beside my bed. I didn't like the dried mma4k aside tge toilet roll dispenser - it looked likedried period blood or faeces. I. Did not like that the towel rack in tge bathroom was hanging off the wall looking like it was going to come off. I didnt like that tge room wasnt serviced each day - at the very least we could have been given the opportunity to get clean towels. I didnt like that we only received half a roll of toilet paper - this was not enough fir five people for three days. And...a box of tissues would have been nice. Also, from a safety perspective, tge stars were extremely slippery- some sort of grip on tgem would help prevent falls in wet weather. The hand rail for the steps is in poor condition. - it was broken and wobbly and poor patched up.It would have been great if there were staff available to help when needed. Or if there's no staff have a cupboard with a security code so that we might be able to access things like toilet paper and spare milk.
We stay here when we have tickets for something at Brisbane entertainment centre, location is great, buses right at front of park, close to shopping centre for supplies, tavern close for meals.
It was close to the shops and was in a good location for everything
The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like I was sleeping on wood, the key was also extremely hard to pull out of the handle once it was in and the shower head was small and leaky so it didn’t cover a big enough area for a plus size person
The location. It has a parking. It’s quiet. The room was with the AC when arrived.
The Pool is nothing to do with the photos, is smaller. The wifi didnt work properly. The shower is really low for a normal height.
Great staff, clean and comfortable.
Was a little out dated.
Impressed with our standalone unit, with the pool as our view. The unit had everything we needed. This location was handy to who we were visiting.
Virtually zero wifi for the whole stay. I hate to say but we encounter several cockroaches, towards the end of our stay, bathroom floor at night, time for bug spray.
Great location, facilities. Staff were friendly. We booked in late it was easy after hours.
Close to where we needed to be. No fuss check in. Clean and all that we needed.
I liked that it was close to our destination.
Even though the place gave us complimentary items for the noise happening at this location it still seemed unfair that we were unaware until we got there of this construction occurring. If we were told when making the booking we may have still stayed at this location because it was only for a night. However, being waken up at 7 by loud construction occurring on my first holiday for nearly a year without prior notice was extremely annoying. Some notice would have been appreciated.
The swimming pool is renovated and looks nice.
When we arrived at the property, the staff said that they don't have a record about our booking. They provided a cabin for 1 night (the reservation was for 7 nights), but they said that they are fully booked after that. Booking.com blaims Ingenia for non providing confirmed accommodation. Ingenia blaims booking.com on not sending info on reservation. I don't know who is lying, but we were left without accommodation and had to fly back from Brisbane.Wifi doesn't work at all, accommodation is very old and dirty. Cockroaches and mould in the cabin.
Nice bathroom. Very friendly staff
Construction work starting at 7am each morning with no warning prior to arrival. Shower flooded. Exhaust fan cover fell off. Toilet didn’t flush at times
Clean but very basic lodgings. Good enough for an overnight stay. Could do with a bit of an update.
The walls are thin! We could hear everything in the next room. Fortunately we had earplugs. I went to ask reception if we could upgrade and move to another room but the office was closed at 4pm on a weekday.
All was great. Location was close to our entertainment venue, restaurants & cafes.
Had some trouble with air con. It would not warm up.
Good location, good size room, great service.
Everything just felt wet, the floor was sticky. When the AC was off wet sticky patches would come up through the floor. The walls and curtains felt damp.
The reception was very friendly. The bath towels and bed linen seemed clean.
This is not a good place for solo female travellers. There is lots of people living here permanently who were always out and about watching, constantly watching me and which room I went to. The door didn't feel the most secured as it had a giant gap at the bottom which people could fit things through. I put my suit cases against the door to try and make myself feel more safe. The floor was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed. There was a note saying your room has been bug sprayed expected bug activity. The drain in the shower was badly cracked and could cut some ones foot open. There was only two power points. One in the bathroom and one which the microwave was plug into, no where near the bed. I didn't end up staying the night in the end which was a shame as I had planned to spent about a week there. I spent maybe 3-4 hours here and left as I felt unsafe.
The staff and facilities were great. Receptionists was more than happy to help and was very accommodating for late check in
Was only there for one night as needing somewhere to stay while we were attending an event at the Brisbane entertainment centre. Unfortunately the permanent/long stay residence were very loud and banging doors still at 2am, unfortunately left early as couldn’t sleep
