Hamilton Brisbane Airport Hotel

Location was okay relative to the airport.

The check in process was not great, no live people at hotel, had to wait for a code to be emailed from the head office to get access to front door and room door. When I arrived, several people waiting and having trouble getting in.

Everyone that I meet had issues booking in on line. It?s a joke that system. Tried multiple times to get a early check in and the system just looped or froze. got details 4 hrs later. The tiled area was raised 10mm higher than the carpeted = stubbed toes

Mouldy room and I felt bit sick on the next day. The bed is so bad I ended up having a sore back. I have to take Neurofen and Panadol for the rest of my holiday

The property has 3 levels. My room was on the top floor but there wss no lift/elevator. Difficult with luggage.

Close to airport. Clean room and own parking..

This isnt a deal breaker..but maybe a small fridge in the room would be good..

The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price. Restaurant staff was very friendly.

No hotel staff on site. Did not realize there was no elevator and had to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The airport wasn't as close as the hotel's name.Tikes in bathroom are old, cracked and in need of some renovations.

Pool facility was great.

Entire wardrobe & doors in the room were dangerous. The whole built-in wardrobe had come away from the walls & ceiling. Check shower head too. It was broken.

The hospitality of the staff were fantastic, I was fixing an old 1970 holden kingswood and they didn't mind at all and were interested in what I was doing

Terrible experience. Very disappointed.

Everything I want a refund. Terrible experience, and it was my birthday. I travelled 3 hours from Warwick. Better accomodation in Warwick for half the price. Almost had a bad fall on raised concrete. Locked out twice as code didn't work. Curtains didn't close. People lurking outside in middle of night. No drinking glasses. Had to drink out of mug. Iron didn't work. and was cheap and nasty. Kettle was also cheap. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom door hit toilet. Had to close door to use toilet. No microwave. Front door was swollen, and was very hard to shut. Had the get help. Maintenance man should have fixed it before I got there.

Poor

The bathroom was dirty including cut toenails on the floor. The air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off, also makes you wonder when it was last cleaned. Fell of the lounge chair because the legs were broken. The building was extremely noisy - nothing to do with the closeness to the airport- but you could hear the plumbing and doors shutting all night.

Location convenient. Easy access from road. Good to have restaurants onsite.

No onsite reception and cleaning staff unwilling to communicate. Online and phone process inconvenient and confusing. No bag storage. No comfortable place to wait for expensive early check-in as only alternative to bag storage. No access to a toilet while waiting. Surroundings location pretty rundown. Room had poor door security, lacked power points and no room safe.

The location

There was no one to speak to that could speak English. No elevator and unsafe stairway. Couldn’t open door onto balcony as eaves hang low. Place smelt bad from restaurant cooking something.

The beds are very comfortable

Was a bit surprised that there was no hand towels etc. and was not fully cleaned as there was a chunk of hair on the floor
